Clumsy Neville transformed into quite the rockstar as the series progressed – just like his real-life counterpart Matthew, who became an overnight heartthrob.

Matthew has mostly starred in British series like The Syndicate (2012), Bluestone 42 (2013-15), Ripper Street (2016), Girlfriends (2018), as well as in 2016′s Me Before You and 2018′s Terminal.

He made his stage debut in “Verdict” in 2011, and his West End debut in 2012 in “Our Boys.”

In 2012, Matthew earned his honorary Masters of Arts Degree from Leeds Metropolitan University. He recently got married to Angela Jones, a Universal event planner whom he met at a Wizarding World event in Orlando.
