During the 2020 Golden Globes on Sunday night (January 5), the 34-year-old actor reflected on his 2002 nomination – and joked about going bald.

“In 2002 I was nominated for a Golden Globe. In 2020, I’m just sitting here staring in the mirror at my balding head,” Frankie tweeted.

Many fans praised Frankie‘s tweet, commenting back, “Life is unfair” – a reference to his hit show Malcolm in the Middle‘s theme song.

Frankie was nominated twice for his role in Malcolm in the Middle – once in 2001 and again in 2002.
