Ariel Winter and boyfriend Luke Benward head out after an appointment at the Skin Matrx salon on Friday afternoon (May 22) in Los Angeles.

The 22-year-old Modern Family actress kept things casual in a black T-shirt and black sweatpants as she headed home after her treatment.
