Justice League's 'Snyder Cut' Gives First Look at Darkseid - Watch Now!

Here’s your first look at the Snyder Cut version of Justice League, which will be released next year on HBO Max!

The clip puts the spotlight on Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman as she discovers Darkseid. Darkseid is a DC Universe supervillain and he’s often equated to Marvel’s Thanos.

Zack Snyder was the original director for the film, but had to step away due to a family tragedy. Joss Whedon stepped in to finish the movie, but it was panned for inconsistent tone. Darkseid was not included in Joss‘ cut of the movie. Instead, Steppenwolf was the villain in the final cut.

The film brings together Batman (Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), The Flash (Ezra Miller), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and Superman (Henry Cavill). The stars of the film have also mostly called for this version of the movie to be released over the years, and it’s finally happening!

You can expect to see the Snyder Cut in April of 2021.
