Bella Hadid Slams Instagram, Accuses Them Of Bullying After Removing Dad's Passport Photo

Bella Hadid is slamming Instagram for removing her father Mohamed‘s passport photo that she posted on her personal account.

Originally, Bella posted the photo to show her Palestinian pride with the caption, “I am proud to be Palestinian.”

Later, Bella posted a screen grab of what Instagram sent her.

“A message to me from @instagram,” Bella wrote. “Instagram removed my story that only said ‘My baba and his birthplace of Palestine’ with a photo of his American passport,” she said. “@instagram exactly what part of me being proud of my fathers birth place of Palestine is ‘bullying, harassment, graphic, or sexual nudity’? Are we not allowed to be Palestinian on Instagram? This, to me, is bullying.”

She added, “You can’t erase history by silencing people. It doesn’t work like that.”

Bella then reuploaded her dad’s passport photo, and it still remains up at the time of this posting.
