Kathryn Newton to Play Paul Rudd's Daughter in Third 'Ant-Man' Movie, Full Title Revealed!

Disney and Marvel have revealed more details about the third movie in the Ant-Man franchise!

Kathryn Newton has joined the cast as Cassie Lang, the daughter of Paul Rudd‘s superhero character Scott Lang.

Deadline reports that Cassie “she has the same powers as her father: the ability to shrink and grow in size. She did get her powers long after her first exposure to Pym Particles. She has the superhero alias Stature.”

It was also announced that Lovecraft Country actor Jonathan Majors is confirmed to play Kang the Conquerer.

The movie’s full title will be Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania. Confirmed to return for the movie are Paul and co-stars Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas, and Michelle Pfeiffer.

Kathryn is best known for her roles in Big Little Lies and the Netflix series The Society. Her most recent project is the horror-comedy film Freaky, which is now streaming on PVOD. She has also been seen in Pokemon: Detective Pikachu and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.
