Hulu Cancels Marvel Show 'Helstrom' After One Season

Hulu has cancelled Helstrom after just one season, Variety has learned.

The show starred Tom Austen and Sydney Lemmon as Daimon and Ana Helstrom, alongside Elizabeth Marvel, Robert Wisdom, Ariana Guerra, June Carryl, and Alain Uy.

The show featured characters from the Marvel Universe. Here’s a synopsis: As the son and daughter of a mysterious and powerful serial killer, Helstrom follows Daimon (Austen) and Ana Helstrom (Lemmon), and their complicated dynamic, as they track down the worst of humanity — each with their own attitude and skills.

So far, no official statement has been made by Hulu or the creators of the show. The cast has also not weighed in on this decision at this time. Stay tuned.
