Meek Mill Apologizes to Vanessa Bryant for Kobe Lyric After Being Publicly Called Out

Meek Mill has revealed he issued an apology to Vanessa Bryant.

If you missed it, the rapper was called out for a lyric in a song titled “Don’t Worry (RIP Kobe).” In the song, the rapper says, “Yeah, and if I ever lack, I’m goin’ out with my chopper, it be another Kobe.”

Vanessa took to Instagram on Monday (February 22) to call out Meek, saying, “Dear @meekmill, I find this line to be extremely insensitive and disrespectful. Period. I am not familiar with any of your music, but I believe you can do better that this. If you are a fan, fine, there’s a better way to show your admiration for my husband. This lacks respect and tact.”
