Miley Cyrus Kicks Off 'SNL' with Performance Dedicated to Moms - Watch Now!

Saturday Night Live is starting off with a performance by Miley Cyrus!

Instead of the show’s typical Cold Open skit, SNL kicked off it’s Saturday night (May 8) episode with the 28-year-old singer performing a song to honor moms ahead of Mother’s Day.

While Miley covered her godmother Dolly Parton‘s song “Light of a Clear Blue Morning,” the SNL cast members took to the stage with their moms where they all shared cute little jokes with each other.

At the end of the performance, Miley was joined on stage by her mom Tish Cyrus, and gave a sweet shout-out to Dolly.

“Happy mother’s day to my godmother Dolly Parton and to my mom Tish,” Miley said as all the SNL cast members and their moms joined her on stage.

Miley will be taking over the stage later in the night as the show’s musical guest.
