CBS announced that the showrunner, along with Freddy Rodriguez, will no longer be working on the show, however, there was no definite reason given.

Both of their exits come just after an internal investigation by producer CBS Studios was happening. The inquiry came after a number of writers quit the show when it wrapped production on Season 5, which accused Glenn of “fostering a disrespectful work environment.”

His overall deal with CBS Studios has also been terminated.

As for Freddy, who was an original star of the series and played in-house counsel and Bull’s former brother-in-law Benjamin “Benny” Colón, no reason was given for his exit.

Writers Kathryn Price and Nichole Millard are set to take over as co-showrunners for the upcoming Season 6.

Bull is no stranger to internal investigations. Back in 2018, Eliza Dushku sued the production company over harassment from star Michael Weatherly.

Here are all the CBS shows that will return for the upcoming 2021-2022 Fall season.
