Here's the Emoji Elon Musk Tweeted That Caused Bitcoin to Dip Again
Elon Musk is once again affecting the cryptocurrency market.
The 49-year-old Tesla billionaire posted a series of memes on Thursday night (June 3) on Twitter.

The first meme featured a couple sitting on a couch that reads: “Her: I know I said it would be over between us if you quoted another Linkin Park song but I’ve found someone else. Him: So in the end it didn’t even matter?”
“#Bitcoin 💔,” he captioned the post.
In another meme, a couple is chatting over a video call. “I miss you,” it reads. “Why are you crying?” the other responds. “Cuz I miss you too,” he responds, while looking at a graph of Bitcoin’s plummeting price.
The broken-hearted emoji tweet was seen by some as a hint at a potential split with the cryptocurrency.
The coin, which dropped as much as 6.3%, was hovering at around $36,750 as of Friday morning (June 4), via Bloomberg. It set its record high in mid-April at almost $65,000.
Elon‘s tweets have notably affected both crypto and regular stocks in the past, including the time he tweeted about “Baby Shark,” causing Samsung Publishing Co. to surge.
