It’s a mini Ugly Betty reunion!

America Ferrera has just announced that her former Ugly Betty co-star Tony Plana is set to play her character Amy’s father on the hit NBC sitcom in their latest season.

“Introducing Amy’s dad on Superstore!! It’s @tony.plana!,” America captioned with her Instagram post on Wednesday (January 18). “What do you mean that’s weird? I’m not following… #alternateTVuniverse #TVdad #worldscollide”

Tony played her father on the Ugly Betty, which ended in 2010 after four seasons. The episode of Superstore will air on March 16 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC!

Vanessa Hudgens and Nicole Richie step out in style for the the NBCUniversal portion of the 2017 Winter Television Critics Association Press Tour held at the Langham Hotel on Wednesday (January 18) in Pasadena, California.

The ladies were in attendance promoting their new shows, Powerless and Great News, respectively.

Jennifer Lopez and Drake aren’t just dating, they are making music together.

The 47-year-old performer confirmed the rumors while doing press at the 2017 Television Critics’ Association Tour for her NBC show Shades of Blue.

“We are – well, we did! We did one song together!” J.Lo told Extra. “I don’t know if we will do more – we will see!”

It’s safe to say you’ll continue to need tissues by your side while watching This Is Us.

Creator Dan Fogelman says that we’ll be seeing more about Jack’s (Milo Ventimiglia) death in coming episodes.

“Next week’s episode is a big episode,” he said during the 2017 Television Critics’ Association press tour (via E! News). “Next week is a big week, and then we have a while to go in the big picture.”

“There’s a before and after for this family,” Dan added. “Even in the pilot, even before you knew there was anything off with Jack, there’s a hinge in this family, and it’s kind of a before with Jack and an after. That will be really interesting in future seasons and as we go forward, to show where that hinge was, how it happened and what happened to these people before and after it.”

Claws stars Niecy Nash, Carrie Preston, Judy Reyes, Karrueche Tran, and Jenn Lyon.

The show follows the rise of five diverse manicurists working at the Nail Artisan of Manatee County salon in South Florida.

Claws is set to debut later this year.

We have good news and bad news for Portlandia fans.

The good news is that the IFC comedy series has been renewed for an eighth season.

The bad news is that the eighth season will be its last.

IFC president and general manager Jennifer Caserta made the announcement during the 2017 Winter Television Critics Association Press Tour held at the Langham Hotel on Saturday (January 14) in Pasadena, Calif.

“I think we barely decided to do that,” co-creator Jonathan Krisel said when asked why they chose to end the series. “Season 8 seemed like, ‘OK, we’ve done a lot.’ We’re not getting to a stage where we’re not bored with it. We still love it… it seems scary to say it’s over.”

Season 8 will premiere in 2018, marking the the time fans will get to witness Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein‘s on-screen adventures.

The 44-year-old actor attended the event to promote his upcoming HBO series The Young Pope.
