The 41-year-old actor, writer, and director was joined at the event by J.J. Abrams for a Q&A that was live streamed to movie theaters around the country.

John has opened up about why he agreed to make a sequel to A Quiet Place after originally being against the idea.

“I had no intention of doing a second one,” John told Yahoo Entertainment. “I though the first one was as personal a story story as I could ever tell, and because of that, I had no idea who I would even approach a second one.”

Emily Blunt is looking back at her performance in A Quiet Place.

The 38-year-old actress won a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role in 2019 for her performance in her husband John Krasinski‘s film.

In anticipation of the sequel’s release, Emily reflected on winning the award in an interview with IndieWire and revealed why she thinks horror movies should be recognized by awards bodies in the future.

John Krasinski surprised fans at two more screenings of A Quiet Place 2!

The 41-year-old actor and director welcomed audiences back to the movies at screenings of his new movie on Sunday night (May 23) in New York City.

John stopped by the SVA Theater and the AMC Empire 25 to do Q&As with the audiences.

Last week, John stopped by screenings of the movie in Miami and in Cleveland.

A Quiet Place Part II will be released in theaters on May 28 after a 14-month delay due to the pandemic. The film currently has great reviews with a 93% on Rotten Tomatoes at the time of this posting. John‘s wife Emily Blunt stars in the sequel while he is just behind the camera this time.

John Krasinski is getting ready for the long-awaited release of A Quiet Place Part II!

On Saturday evening (May 22), the 41-year-old actor, writer, and director attended a screening and fan Q&A for his upcoming thriller at the Cinemark at Valley View in Cleveland, Ohio.

For the screening, John looked cool in a silk, blue and white striped shirt paired with navy trousers as he chatted about his new movie.

After the screening, John hung out and took photos with fans who attended the screening.

John has been busy traveling around the country to promote A Quiet Place Part II.

During an interview, John revealed that wife Emily Blunt dropped a not so subtle hint about his weight gain during the pandemic! Here’s what she said.

The 41-year-old actor/director/writer made a surprise appearance at a fan screening of A Quiet Place Part II at the AMC Sunset Place 24 on Wednesday (May 19) in South Miami, Fla.

Joining John at the screening was Djimon Hounsou, who appears in the upcoming thriller.
