Amy Adams embraces her character transformation on the set of the film Nightbitch on Thursday (October 27) in Los Angeles.
The 48-year-old Arrival actress stars in the film adaptation of Rachel Yoder’s debut novel.
Amy‘s character is “thrown into the stay-at-home routine of raising a toddler in the suburbs, who slowly embraces the feral power deeply rooted in motherhood, as she becomes increasingly aware of the bizarre and undeniable signs that she may be turning into a canine.”
The 48-year-old Arrival actress held on close to her husband, also 48, as they stopped by Beverly Glen Deli for a bit to eat on Sunday morning (October 16) in Los Angeles.
Amy Adams and Maya Rudolph weren’t going to hide just how big Disney fans they were at the D23 Expo!
The two actors were seen on stage during the event, held in Anaheim, Calif., decked out in Minnie ears, and Maleficent horns, as well as Disney Parks themed shirts.
The two also wore a giant Mickey hands, as they waved around some bubble wands, and a light saber, in their hands. They even got a special one for Idina Menzel – which had a particular snowflake on top of it.
The first trailer for Disenchanted is finally here!
The upcoming flick, which brings back Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey as Giselle and Robert will feature new songs from Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz.
Here’s the summary: It has been 15 years since Giselle (Adams) and Robert (Dempsey) wed, but Giselle has grown disillusioned with life in the city, so they move their growing family to the sleepy suburban community of Monroeville in search of a more fairy tale life. Unfortunately, it isn’t the quick fix she had hoped for. Suburbia has a whole new set of rules and a local queen bee, Malvina Monroe (Maya Rudolph), who makes Giselle feel more out of place than ever.
Frustrated that her happily ever after hasn’t been so easy to find, she turns to the magic of Andalasia for help, accidentally transforming the entire town into a real-life fairy tale and placing her family’s future happiness in jeopardy.
Now, Giselle is in a race against time to reverse the spell and determine what happily ever after truly means to her and her family.
The 47-year-old actress is set to star in Annapurna’s Nightbitch, which will stream as a Hulu Original in the United States, Variety confirmed on Thursday (May 19).
