The cast of the “USS Callister” episode of Black Mirror are all together for the FYC Event held at Netflix FYSee at Raleigh Studios on Wednesday (June 6) in Los Angeles.

Writer Charlie Brooker, Annabel Jones, Cristin Milioti, Jimmi Simpson and costume designer Maja Meschede were all in attendance at the event.

The episode was the first episode of the fourth season of Black Mirror, and follows Robert Daly (Jesse Plemons), a reclusive but gifted programmer and co-founder of a popular massive multiplayer online game who is bitter over the lack of recognition of his position from his coworkers. He takes out his frustrations by simulating a Star Trek-like space adventure within the game, using his co-workers’ DNA to create sentient digital clones of them.

The actress and filmmaker appeared during a Black Mirror panel to moderate a discussion between creator Charlie Booker and producer Annabel Jones on Saturday (October 7) in New York City.

The trio also previewed a five-minute clip of “Arkangel,” the episode that Jodie directed for the show’s fourth season.

In addition, several of the show’s stars premiered the “USS Callister” episode at the Paley Center on Friday.

Black Mirror is expected to return to Netflix sometime later this year.

Cristin Milioti, Jesse Plemons, Jimmi Simpson, and Michaela Coel hit the red carpet while attending the Black Mirror screening and conversation on Friday (October 6) at the Paley Center in New York City.

The actors were joined at the event by the show’s producers Annabel Jones and Charlie Brooker to premiere the new “USS Callister” episode.

“This one is a big feat, visually,” Annabel told THR about the episode, which has a cinematic feel. “It’s still a very personal story about Jesse‘s character, but to do it properly, you have to have this big epic. So that’s a bit of a shift. I don’t think we’ve done anything like it.”
