Lupita Nyong’o is all smiles as she hits the red carpet with her brother Peter at the premiere of her latest film The Jungle Book held at the El Capitan Theatre on Monday (April 4) in Hollywood.

The 33-year-old actress, who voices Raksha in the flick, was joined at the event by her co-stars Neel Sethi, Ben Kingsley and Jon Favreau.

“Fam time at @disneythejunglebook press day,” Lupita captioned with her Instagram post. “Reunited @theeyoung_king”

Also in attendance to support The Jungle Book were Mark Ronson, David Oyelowo, Elisabeth Rohm, Sofia Reyes, Cody Horn, Yvette Nicole Brown, Garcelle Beauvais, Angie Harmon, Mario Lopez and his daughter Gia, Tamera Mowry and Katherine McNamara.

Lupita Nyong’o, Idris Elba, Scarlett Johansson, Ben Kingsley, Christopher Walken, and Giancarlo Esposito pose with their onscreen Jungle Book characters in these new portraits from the upcoming film!

“She is the protector, the eternal mother,” Lupita said of her character Raksha, a mother wolf. “The word Raksha actually means protection in Hindi. I felt really connected to that, wanting to protect a son that isn’t originally hers but one she’s taken for her own.”

Idris portrays the tiger Shere Khan. “Shere Khan reigns with fear,” Idris said. “He terrorizes everyone he encounters because he comes from a place of fear.”

Patricia Arquette and J.K. Simmons hit the stage together to present an award at the 2016 Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Saturday (January 30) in Los Angeles.

The two actors were last year’s winners in the supporting categories. Patricia brought her partner Eric White to the ceremony while J.K. brought his daughter Olivia.

Other stars in attendance at the event included Susan Sarandon with her daughter Eva Amurri Martino and son Jack Robbins, Ben Kingsley with wife Daniela Lavender, Ray Liotta and his daughter Karsen, and William H. Macy.

William is up for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series for his work on Shameless and he also supported his Room co-star Brie Larson, who was a winner.

Sir Ben and Ray were both nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Miniseries or Television Movie, but they lost to Idris Elba.

Matthew Morrison and his wife Renee Puente are all dressed up as they hit the red carpet while attending the premiere of Learning To Drive held at The Paris Theatre on Monday (August 17) in New York City.

The 36-year-old actor and his love were joined by the stars of the film Patricia Clarkson, Ben Kingsley and Sarita Choudhury, as well as Lena Hall and Matthew‘s Finding Neverland co-star Laura Michelle Kelly.

Lupita Nyong’o joins The Jungle Book cast on stage during the 2015 D23 Expo on Saturday afternoon (August 15) in Anaheim, Calif.

The 32-year-old actress voices mother wolf Raksha in the upcoming film opposite Neel Sethi (Mowgli) and Ben Kingsley (Bagheera), who were all joined by director Jon Favreau to promote the new film.

It was also announced that Lupita will star in Disney’s upcoming Queen of Katwe with David Oyelowo and newcomer Medina Nalwanga.

The film is based on the inspirational true story of a girl from the poverty-stricken slums of rural Uganda who dreams of becoming a champion chess player and will be directed by Mira Nair from a screenplay by William Wheeler.

Zoey Deutch and Avan Jogia make their carpet entrances at the premiere of his new Spike TV show Tut held at Chateau Marmont on Wednesday night (July 8) in Los Angeles.

The couple was joined at the event by Zoey‘s mom Lea Thompson, as well as Avan‘s co-stars Peter Gadiot, Sibylla Deen, and Sir Ben Kingsley.

Writers Brad Bredeweg and Peter Paige also attended, as did Avan‘s former Twisted co-star Kylie Bunbury, and Salem‘s Ashley Madekwe and her husband Iddo Goldberg.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is suave while attending the photo call for his upcoming film The Walk during 2015 Summer Of Sony Pictures Entertainment at The Ritz-Carlton Cancun on Monday (June 15) in Cancun, Mexico.

The 34-year-old actor was joined by his co-stars Charlotte Le Bon and Ben Kingsley.

Joseph recently chatted about teaming up with Mindy Kaling on a short for his Hit Record on TV.

“She asked me about Hit Record and I said, ‘maybe you want to do something?’ I told her the themes of the different episodes, and she gravitated toward “The Dark,” and she came up with this bizarre, dark comedy,” Joseph shared to THR.

He added, “She wrote it and then we ended up acting in it together in front of the green screen. She recruited [The Mindy Project's] Chris Messina to do the third part. We shot it in front of a green screen and then we put that footage up on the site, and illustrators and animators all contributed all these different elements that end up being the graphical world behind us.”
