Billie Lourd was surrounded by family members and one of Carrie Fisher‘s Star Wars castmates while accepting her mom’s posthumous star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in her honor on Thursday (May 4) in Hollywood, Calif.
The 30-year-old actress had husband Austen Rydell and father Bryan Lourd at her side during the ceremony, which was also attended by Mark Hamill.
She wore a dress emblazoned with her mother in character as Princess Leia and posed for photos with statues of Star Wars characters R2-D2 and C-3PO.
The event is taking place just a day after the star highlighted the difficult relationship with mom’s siblings, who were not invited to the big day.

Todd Fisher is speaking out after niece Billie Lourd‘s claims about him and his siblings turning a profit over her late mother, Carrie Fisher.
If you didn’t see, Billie confirmed rumors that she did not invite Carrie‘s brother Todd, nor Joely and Tricia Leigh Fisher, who are Carrie’s half-siblings, to the upcoming Walk of Fame ceremony.
“The truth is I did not invite them to this ceremony. They know why,” Billie shared in her statement. “Days after my mom died, her brother and her sister chose to process their grief publicly and capitalize on my mother’s death, by doing multiple interviews and selling individual books for a lot of money, with my mom and my grandmother’s deaths as the subject.”
After she released a statement about the matter, Todd issued his own, refuting her claims.
