NBC’s long-running series Blindspot is coming back for its’ fifth and final season.

The show, starring Jaimie Alexander, Sullivan Stapleton, Rob Brown, Audrey Esparza, and more, was expected to premiere next week, but has been moved to the week after that.

The decision to move the premiere back comes just after it was revealed that a virtual Parks and Recreation reunion would premiere on April 30, with a new episode of A Council of Dads.

Blindspot‘s final premiere episode is called “I Cam To Sleigh”, and you can watch it on Thursday, May 7 at 9/8c on NBC.

The final season of the NBC series Blindspot will be premiering earlier than expected due to schedule changes that occurred from the coronavirus pandemic.

The fifth and final season was supposed to air this summer, but it will now premiere on Thursday, April 30 at 10pm ET. Starting on May 7, it will move to the 9pm timeslot, according to Variety.

Jaimie Alexander and Sullivan Stapleton star in the series, which is currently available on the NBC app and the Hulu app. Make sure to start catching up while you have time!

Blindspot, starring Jaimie Alexander, has been removed from NBC’s schedule for May sweeps from tonight, April 25, until May 22.

Usually, the show airs on Fridays at 8pm ET. Instead, The Blacklist will air in Blindspot‘s place for the next several weeks.

Variety reports that Blindspot will return with its final episodes of the fourth season on May 24 and May 31.

NBC has not announced if the show will be renewed for a fifth season, but this news does not make it seem likely.

Jaimie Alexander and Sullivan Stapleton film a scene for their NBC series Blindspot on Thursday (February 23) in the streets of New York City.

The series is currently in the middle of season two.

Earlier in the week, Jaimie took to Instagram to share a recipe that she cooked up on her day off. She decided to make healthy vegan chocolate chip cookies!

“Having a day off means I get to cook some of my most favorite treats! Here’s a tasty one I wanted to share with all of you❤️,” she wrote on Instagram.
