The season five teaser trailer for The Handmaid’s Tale has been released and it begins with the funeral of a major character and then details the aftermath of that death.

This is a spoiler alert if you haven’t yet finished season four, but those episodes have been available for a while now, so let’s dive in.

In season five, June (Elisabeth Moss) faces consequences for killing Commander Waterford (Joseph Fiennes) while struggling to redefine her identity and purpose. The widowed Serena (Yvonne Strahovski) attempts to raise her profile in Toronto as Gilead’s influence creeps into Canada. Commander Lawrence (Bradley Whitford) works with Aunt Lydia (Ann Dowd) as he tries to reform Gilead and rise in power. June, Luke (O-T Fagbenle), and Moira (Samira Wiley) fight Gilead from a distance as they continue their mission to save and reunite with Hannah.

Bradley Whitford is paying tribute to Stephen Sondheim, following the news of his passing.

Stephen, aged 91, died just the morning after the Thanksgiving holiday, his lawyer announced earlier today (November 26).

Many stars and fans have taken to social media to pay tribute, and Bradley’s was one of the most moving.

tick, tick… BOOM! is now on streaming!

The musical, written by the late Rent American composer Jonathan Larson and adapted to film by Lin-Manuel Miranda in his directorial debut, just hit Netflix on Friday (November 19) following its theatrical release.

The trailer for tick, tick…BOOM!, Lin-Manuel Miranda‘s directorial debut, is here!

The film stars Andrew Garfield, Alexandra Shipp, Robin de Jesús, Joshua Henry, Mj Rodriguez, Bradley Whitford, Tariq Trotter, Judith Light, and Vanessa Hudgens.

The film follows Jon (Garfield), a young theater composer who’s waiting tables at a New York City diner in 1990 while writing what he hopes will be the next great American musical. Days before he’s due to showcase his work in a make-or-break performance, Jon is feeling the pressure from everywhere: from his girlfriend Susan, who dreams of an artistic life beyond New York City; from his friend Michael, who has moved on from his dream to a life of financial security; amidst an artistic community being ravaged by the AIDS epidemic. With the clock ticking, Jon is at a crossroads and faces the question everyone must reckon with: What are we meant to do with the time we have?

The film hits theaters on November 12 and will debut on Netflix on November 19.

Zoe Lister-Jones and Cailee Spaeny walk the red carpet together at the premiere of their new movie How It Ends on Thursday (July 15) at NeueHouse in Los Angeles.

Zoe was joined at the event by her husband Daryl Wein. The two of them wrote, directed, and produced the movie together!

Also in attendance at the premiere were Zoe and Cailee‘s co-stars Whitney Cummings, Tawny Newsome, Bobby Lee, Bradley Whitford (with wife Amy Landecker), and Rob Huebel.

How It Ends is a feel-good apocalyptic comedy in which Liza (Lister-Jones) embarks on a hilarious journey through LA in hopes of making it to her last party before it all ends, running into an eclectic cast of characters along the way. The movie will be released on demand and in select theaters on July 20.

The actor stars as Jonathan Larson in the new movie adaptation of the autobiographical musical, which was directed by Lin-Manuel Miranda.

The film is about a promising young theater composer on the cusp of his 30th birthday as he navigates love, friendship, and the pressures of life as an artist in New York City.

The Handmaid’s Tale has a brand new trailer, less than one month from the season four premiere on Hulu!

In the upcoming fourth season of The Handmaid’s Tale, June (Elisabeth Moss) strikes back against Gilead as a fierce rebel leader, but the risks she takes bring unexpected and dangerous new challenges. Her quest for justice and revenge threatens to consume her and destroy her most cherished relationships.

Joseph Fiennes, Yvonne Strahovski, Samira Wiley, Alexis Bledel, Ann Dowd, Max Minghella, Madeline Brewer, O-T Fagbenle, Amanda Brugel, Bradley Whitford, and Sam Jaeger all co-star.
