Carrie-Anne Moss hit the red carpet this weekend at the premiere of The Matrix Resurrections and the details on her dress were pretty incredible!
The 54-year-old Canadian actress walked the red carpet in an Oscar de la Renta dress on Saturday evening (December 18) at the Castro Theatre in San Francisco, Calif.
The gown was embellished with green and silver sequins to look like the digital rain that the movie is known for. She’s also wearing custom jewelry by Lillian Shalom.

The stars are stepping out for the latest The Matrix Resurrections premiere!
Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss hit the green carpet for the premiere of their new movie on Saturday evening (December 18) at the Castro Theatre in San Francisco, Calif.
Other cast members at the premiere included Priyanka Chopra, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Jonathan Groff, Jada Pinkett Smith with son Jaden Smith, Neil Patrick Harris with husband David Burtka, Ellen Hollman with husband Stephen Dunlevy, and Jessica Henwick.
Director Lana Wachowski was also in attendance along with designer Marc Jacobs with his husband Char Defrancesco and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse actor Shameik Moore.
The Matrix Resurrections will be in theaters nationwide and on HBO Max via the Ad-Free plan on Wednesday, December 22. Check out the trailer here!

Priyanka Chopra holds onto her adorable dog Diana while arriving at an appearance in New York City on Tuesday night (December 14).
The 39-year-old actress wore a chic, light pink feathered jacket into the venue as she continues to promote her new movie, The Matrix Resurrections.
Earlier in the day, Priyanka‘s co-star, Carrie-Anne Moss, was seen at Good Morning America, to hype up the film, which opens December 22.
During her appearance on Red Table Talk alongside Carrie-Anne and Keanu Reeves, Priyanka opened up about one certain scene in the film that hit her with all the feels.
“I really had a moment when we were doing that one scene in Berlin and all of you were standing across from me and I had all of those words,” she shared. “I remember my hands sweating. I told myself that 16-year-old me would never forgive myself if I didn’t get my words right in front of all of you.”
The official title for the upcoming fourth Matrix movie was just revealed!
Warner Bros. presented the trailer for the movie at the CinemaCon event in Las Vegas, where the movie theater owners from around the country came together to learn about the upcoming movies that are on the horizon.
The studio revealed the movie’s title and some plot details have emerged from the trailer.

Carrie-Anne Moss is opening up about the ageism she has faced as an actress.
At a recent event, the 53-year-old The Matrix actress recalled being offered a role playing a grandmother just one day after her 40th birthday.
“I had heard that at 40 everything changed. I didn’t believe in that because I don’t believe in just jumping on a thought system that I don’t really align with,” Carrie-Anne said while moderating a book event, THR reports.
“But literally the day after my 40th birthday, I was reading a script that had come to me and I was talking to my manager about it,” Carrie-Anne continued. “She was like, ‘Oh, no, no, no, it’s not that role [you're reading for], it’s the grandmother.’ I may be exaggerating a bit, but it happened overnight. I went from being a girl to the mother to beyond the mother.”
Carrie-Ann went on to add that she didn’t want to have to change herself for the movie industry, but admitted it was “kind of brutal” seeing the transition in her career.
“You don’t feel like you’ve aged much and suddenly you’re seeing yourself onscreen,” Carrie-Anne said. “I would look at these French and European actresses and they just had something about them that felt so confident in their own skin. I couldn’t wait to be that. I strive for that. It’s not easy being in this business. There’s a lot of external pressure.”
