The full trailer is out now for Chris Pine‘s upcoming directorial debut Poolman!

The 43-year-old actor not only directs the movie, but he also stars, produces and co-wrote the film with Ian Gotler.

Poolman “tells the story of Darren Barrenman (Pine), a native Los Angeleno who spends his days looking after the pool of the Tahitian Tiki apartment block and fighting to make his hometown a better place to live. When he is tasked by a femme fatale to uncover the truth behind a shady business deal, Darren enlists the help of his friends to take on a corrupt politician and a greedy land developer. His investigation reveals a hidden truth about his beloved city and himself.”

Colin Farrell is getting back into character as the iconic Batman villain Penguin in the first trailer for his new Max series The Penguin.

After sharing the screen with Robert Pattinson‘s Caped Crusader in The Batman, it was revealed that Max had ordered a spinoff series focused on Colin‘s character and his ties to Gotham. The eight-episode arc picks up immediately after the events of the movie.

On Friday (March 22), the first trailer for it premiered, and it offered a hint at what fans should expect from the largely mysterious project.

Lance Reddick was on everyone’s mind as they descended on the TCL Chinese Theatre for the premiere of John Wick: Chapter 4 on Monday (March 20) in Hollywood, Calif.

The actor tragically passed away at 60 last week, leaving his castmates including Keanu Reeves heartbroken just a few days before their movie arrives in theaters.

To honor Lance‘s memory the cast and crew asked everyone to wear blue ribbons on their outfit during the premiere. Keanu also memorialized him on the red carpet.

Charlie Hunnam ditches his beard in the new trailer for his upcoming movie, Last Looks.

Here’s a summary for the new flick: Charlie Waldo (Hunnam) is an ex-LAPD superstar who left the force and now lives a life of simplicity and solitude deep in the woods Alistair Pinch (Mel Gibson) is an eccentric actor who spends his days drunk on the set of his TV show.

When Pinch’s wife is found dead, he is the prime suspect and Waldo is convinced to come out of retirement to investigate what happened.

The case finds Waldo contending with gangsters, Hollywood executives and pre-school teachers, all in pursuit of clearing Pinch’s name … or confirming his guilt.

In addition to Charlie and Mel, Morena Baccarin, Lucy Fry, Dominic Monaghan, Cliff “Method Man” Smith, Clancy Brown and Rupert Friend also star in the flick.

Last Looks is directed by Tim Kirkby, and will be in select theaters, On Demand and Digital on February 4.

Clancy Brown has been added to the cast of the Dexter reboot, The Wrap reports.

The 62-year-old actor will star as Kurt Caldwell, the “unofficial” mayor of Iron Lake, and also the main villain of the revived series.

Showtime adds to the character description, that Caldwell “realized the American dream by going from driving big rigs, just like his father did, to now owning several trucks and the local truck stop. Powerful, generous, loved by everyone — he’s a true man of the people. If he’s got your back, consider yourself blessed. But should you cross Kurt, or hurt anyone that he cares for, God help you.”

The revival is set for 10 episodes premiering in the fall, which will see Michael C. Hall returning in the title role.

The original Dexter series ran for eight seasons and many fans of the show, and cast, were not happy with how it ended.
