Also in attendance at the event celebrating Australians in film was Timothy Olyphant, Danielle Macdonald, Jacob Elordi, Keiynan Lonsdale, Hannah Gadsby, Kimberly Peirce, Damon Herriman, Luke Bracey, Monica Lewinsky, Liv Hewson, Zoe Bell, Natasha Bassett and I, Tonya director Craig Gillespie.

Keiynan was honored with the Screen Australia Breakthrough Award, Hannah with the Create NSW Annette Kellerman Award, and Damon with the Qantas Orry-Kelly Award, which celebrates an Australian who has contributed to the national identity with their body of work.

The 27-year-old actress was joined at the event by her I, Tonya director Craig Gillespie and co-star Allison Janney.

The event was held in honor of I, Tonya – where the actress were honored with the Outstanding Performers of the Year Award for their roles in the film.

Margot and Allison are also both nominated for Oscars for their roles in I, Tonya.

The 27-year-old Australian actress was accompanied at the event by director Craig Gillespie.

That same day, Margot was spotted keeping it cool and casual in sunglasses, a Gucci t-shirt and blue jeans while arriving at Sydney Airport.

Margot has just been nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress for her role as Tonya Harding in the film. The movie is also nominated for Best Film Editing and Allison Janney scored a nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
