The Big Door Prize is coming back!

Season 2 of the acclaimed Apple TV+ series is set to arrive on April 24 on the streamer.

The 10-episode second season will premiere globally on Apple TV+ on Wednesday, April 24 with three episodes, followed by one new episode every Wednesday through June 12.

Based on M.O. Walsh’s novel, Season 2 follows the residents of Deerfield as the Morpho machine readies them for the mysterious “next stage.” As everyone’s potentials are exchanged for visions, new relationships form and new questions are asked. Dusty and Cass decide to take time apart while Trina and Jacob learn that they can shed their old labels. Giorgio and Izzy each find romance while Hana and Father Reuben attempt to discover the purpose of the machine. The small town is once again left questioning what they thought they knew about their lives, relationships, potentials and about the Morpho itself.

Usher and Forest Whitaker have a moment at a screening of their film Burden!

The co-stars, ages 41 and 58, respectively, hit the red carpet at the event held at The Plaza Theatre on Monday (March 2) in Atlanta.

They were joined by their castmates including Crystal Fox, writer/director Andrew Heckler, and more.

Also in attendance were rappers T.I., Lil Yachty, and Jermaine Dupri, as well as Usher‘s mom Jonetta Patton.

Here’s the synopsis for Burden, currently in select theaters: “When a museum celebrating the Ku Klux Klan opens in a small South Carolina town, the idealistic Reverend Kennedy (Whitaker) resolves to do everything in his power to prevent long-simmering racial tensions from boiling over. But the members of Kennedy’s congregation are shocked to discover that his plan includes sheltering Mike Burden (Garrett Hedlund), a Klansman whose relationships with both a single-mother (Andrea Riseborough) and a high-school friend (Usher) force him to re-examine his long-held beliefs.”

It continues, “After Kennedy helps Mike leave behind his violent past, the Baptist preacher finds himself on a collision course with manipulative KKK leader Tom Griffin (Tom Wilkinson). In the face of grave threats to himself and his family, the resolute Kennedy bravely pursues a path toward peace, setting aside his own misgivings in the hopes of healing his wounded community.” Watch the trailer.

Kerry Washington, Idris Elba, and Crystal Fox join writer, director, and actor Tyler Perry at his Hollywood Walk of Fame Ceremony on Tuesday afternoon (October 1) in Hollywood.

The 50-year-old entertainer and filmmaker was honored with the 2,675th star on the walk of fame.

Kerry worked with Tyler on the 2013 film Peeples, which he produced. Idris starred in the 2007 movie Daddy’s Little Girls, which Tyler wrote and directed. Crystal stars on Tyler‘s series The Haves and the Have Nots.

“Nobody is more deserving of this ⭐️ than you @tylerperry. Thank you for shining so brightly, for guiding our paths, and for creating new constellations. 💫✨,” Kerry wrote on Instagram.

The ladies of Big Little Lies team up for the season two premiere!

Reese Witherspoon, Zoe Kravitz, Laura Dern, Shailene Woodley, Nicole Kidman, and Meryl Streep were all smiles at the event held at Jazz at Lincoln Center on Wednesday (May 29) in New York City.

They were joined by their co-stars Alexander Skarsgard, Adam Scott, Annie Fitzgerald, Poorna Jagannathan, Jeffrey Nordling, James Tupper, Taylor Treadwell, Robin Weigert, Kathryn Newton, Nelly Buchet, Denis O’Hare, Merrin Dungey, Crystal Fox, Douglas Smith, and young stars Ivy George, Cameron Crovetti, Nicholas Crovetti, Iain Armitage, Darby Camp, and Chloe Coleman. Writer/executive producer David E. Kelley with wife Michelle Pfeiffer, and writer/producer Liane Moriarty were also in attendance.

Reese was accompanied by her daughter Ava Phillippe, and Nicole by husband Keith Urban.

The second season of Big Little Lies is getting even bigger!

The critically acclaimed HBO drama announced the return of four characters from the first season, as well as the addition of two new characters, on Tuesday (April 3).

Kathryn Newton returns as Abigail Carlson, Robin Weigert as Dr. Amanda Reisman, Sarah Sokolovic as Tori Bachman and Merrin Dungey as Detective Adrienne Quinlan, the network revealed. Kathryn and Sarah are also now series regulars.

The two new additions are Crystal Fox, playing the role of Elizabeth Howard, and Mo McRae as Michael Perkins. Crystal will be a series regular.

As previously announced, this upcoming season is based on a new story by Big Little Lies author Liane Moriarty.

Andrea Riseborough hits the carpet with her co-star Garrett Hedlund while attending the premiere of their latest film Burden The Park held during the 2018 Sundance Film Festival at Park City Library on Sunday (January 21) in Park City, Utah.

The 36-year-old actress and Garrett, 33, were joined by their co-stars Forest Whitaker, Usher, Crystal Fox, Austin Hebert, Dexter Darden, Robbie Brenner, Taylor Gregory, Andrew Heckler and Tia Hendricks, as well as Priyanka Chopra who stepped out to show her support.

That day before, Andrea was out about attending premieres for two other films she’s starring in: The Death Of Stalin with composer Christopher Willis, filmmaker Armando Iannucci, Hussain Currimbhoy and Jason Isaacs, as well as Nancy with Christina Choe, J. Smith-Cameron, Rachel Song and Amy Lo.
