David Eigenberg opened up about two of his most recognizable roles during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

The actor hit it big playing Steve in Sex and the City and its spinoff series And Just Like That… He took it even further after he was cast as first responder Christopher Hermann on Chicago Fire.

During his conversation with the outlet, David reacted to the evolution of Steve’s relationship with Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and the introduction of Che Diaz (Sara Ramirez). Was he surprised or upset about how his marriage evolved?
