“I’m a puppet, I’m a sheep, I’m a cash cow / I’m the fastest-growing b-tch on all your apps now,” she declares.

In July, the 27-year-old rapper and singer hurt some fans’ feelings after criticizing their choice to label themselves “kittenz.” She wrote in a since-deleted tweet, “My fans don’t name themselves s–t. If you call yourself a ‘kitten’ or f–king ‘kittenz’ that means you need to get off your phone and get a job and help your parents with the house.”

The 27-year-old “Attention” superstar is featured on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar‘s September 2023 Icons issue, out on newsstands on August 29.

Doja Cat is back with new music and her single “Paint the Town Red” is out now.

This is the first official single for the 27-year-old entertainer since she announced her first North American headline tour, which will begin in the fall.

The video was co-directed by Doja Cat and “is based around three paintings that Doja Cat designed, each one of the scenes in the video is a recreation of the paintings. Last month, Doja Cat painted the single artwork on her Instagram Live as she chatted with fans and previewed her new song,” according to her label.

Doja has been in hot water with her fans amid recent comments that she made.

The owners of Doja Cat‘s social media fan pages are speaking out to explain their decision to deactivate their accounts.

The pages were deactivated after Doja called out her fans for using the name “Kittenz” to refer to themselves.

“My fans don’t name themselves s–t,” she wrote in a since-deleted post on Threads. “If you call yourself a ‘kitten’ or f–king ‘kittenz’ that means you need to get off your phone and get a job and help your parents with the house.”
