Gina Rodriguez takes Evan Rachel Wood grocery shopping in this still from their new movie, Kajillionaire.

In the upcoming movie, con-artists Theresa (Debra Winger) and Robert (Richard Jenkins) have spent 26 years training their only daughter, Old Dolio (Wood), to swindle, scam, and steal at every opportunity.

During a desperate, hastily conceived heist, they charm a stranger (Rodriguez) into joining their next scam, only to have their entire world turned upside down.

Kajillionaire, directed by Miranda July, is set to debut in theaters on September 18.

The Disney+ series Diary of a Future President has been renewed for a second season!

The scripted series follows the adventures of Elena Cañero-Reed (Tess Romero) as she navigates the ups and downs of middle school on her journey to become the future president of the United States.

Also starring in the series are Charlie Bushnell, Selenis Leyva, and Michael Weaver, plus executive producer Gina Rodriguez has appeared as the adult Elena in flash forwards!

The second season of Diary of a Future President will have 10 episodes that will stream exclusively on Disney+.

Gina Rodriguez is going to star in what already sounds like a hilarious new movie.

The 35-year-old Jane the Virgin star is set to star in a movie called The Aliens Are Stealing Our Weed, THR reported on Thursday (April 30).

The movie’s screenplay will be written by Ryan Firpo, who also penned Marvel‘s The Eternals.

The plot of the film has not yet been revealed, but Gina will co-produce.

She recently provided the voice of this iconic cartoon character in a new feature from the beloved series. Find out which one!

The 35-year-old Jane the Virgin star was joined at the event by her co-stars Evan Rachel Wood, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, and Richard Jenkins, as well as writer and director Miranda July.

In the new crime drama, “a woman’s life is turned upside down when her criminal parents invite an outsider to join them on a major heist they’re planning.”

Netflix partnered with The Latinx House to celebrate the launch of their Con Todo channel and the recently announced series, Gentefied, which America will star in.

Con Todo provides a “+platform for Latinx creators and fans alike to come together and celebrate their #LatinXcellence.”

The Latinx House is an initiative co-founded by Mónica Ramírez, Olga Segura, Alex Kondracke aimed at creating gathering spaces to celebrate the best in Latinx culture and bringing important societal issues to the forefront.
