Disney has revealed a first look photo at the upcoming movie Tron: Ares!

The pic seemingly features star Jared Leto in full costume for the third film in the franchise.

Filming on the pic kicked off in January in Vancouver and it’s set to be released in 2025.

“ARE YOU READY?? TRON: ARES 2025 See you on the grid… 🥏” Jared captioned the photo on his Instagram.

Director Joachim Rønning shared in a statement: “I’m excited to be part of the TRON franchise and bring this new film to fans around the world. TRON: Ares builds upon the legacy of cutting-edge design, technology and storytelling. Now more than ever, it feels like the right time to return to the Grid.”

The upcoming movie follows a highly sophisticated Program, Ares, who is sent from the digital world into the real world on a dangerous mission, marking humankind’s first encounter with A.I. beings.

Hasan Minhaj is speaking out.

The 38-year-old comedian and TV host shared a video on Thursday (October 26), in which he addressed allegations that he lied and/or embellished stories told in past comedy stand-up specials, as explored in a New Yorker article.

“Every story in my style is built around a seed of truth. My comedy Arnold Palmer is 70% emotional truth — this happened — and then 30% hyperbole, exaggeration, fiction,” he’s quoted as saying in the article.

In case you didn’t know, militant group Hamas targeted Israeli civilians at a music festival on October 7. They killed more than 1,400 people and also took hostages.

Following that grim day, more than 700 Hollywood figures, including Chris Pine and Jamie Lee Curtis, signed an open letter condemning Hamas and supporting Israel.

The Israeli government declared war on Hamas in response to the violence, and now, Israeli airstrikes have killed more than 2,800 innocent Palestinian civilians.

More than one million people in Gaza were instructed to evacuate by Israel, leading to a severe humanitarian crisis there.

On October 20, 55 celebrities, including Dua Lipa and Andrew Garfield, signed a letter addressed to President Joe Biden asking him to call for a ceasefire.

A variety of singers, actors, and comedians have taken to social media to share passionate statements on the subject. Some have shown support specifically for Israel or Palestine, while others have expressed a desire for peace all around.

A group of 55 celebrities have signed a letter addressed to President Joe Biden asking him to call for a ceasefire in the ongoing Israel-Hamas war.

Fighting between Israel and the militant group Hamas broke out after Hamas attacked Israeli civilians at a music festival on October 7th, killing more than 900 people. Israel’s retaliatory airstrikes have killed over 3,000 people in Gaza.

However, it seems that his recent reveal that he’s been embellishing his stories in his stand up routines, might have cost him the job.

Hasan Minhaj admitted to stretching “the factual truth” of his real-life experiences while telling jokes during stand-up routines.

The 37-year-old comedian has relayed stories about his daughter being hospitalized after possibly being exposed to anthrax. He also recalled an experience where an FBI informant started attending his family’s mosque. In the story, Hasan made a joke to the informant and had the police called on him.

Both stories had false elements, which he said was alright because he was telling an “emotional truth” in his retellings. He revealed the truths about those stories and explained his comedy style in an interview.
