Check out Hayley Kiyoko‘s new song “Demons!”

The 28-year-old singer dropped the track on Friday (October 11).

The hypnotic and mysterious song shows a darker side of Hayley.

“Demons” is part of her bold, brave, and unapologetic project I’m Too Sensitive For This S–t, which will also feature “I Wish” and more songs that will be released over the next few months.

“Demons is really personal to me,” Hayley shared on Instagram. “I had the chorus lyrics written in my notes ‘please forgive me I’ve got demons in my head, trying to feed me lies until I’m dead’. There was something so haunting about it I wanted to try to turn it into something positive. I wanted to sing about mental health and battling the inner ‘demons’ many of us struggle with. But with a heavy upbeat track that everyone can sing and support you with. It’s so important for people struggling to realize that they’re not alone and I hope this song can play a part in sparking that realization.”

Hayley Kiyoko also just announced her I’m Too Sensitive For This S–t North American headlining tour, which will kick off in 2020.

Taylor Swift says that she became friends with both Lorde and Hayley Kiyoko after they publicly criticized her.

The 29-year-old “The Archer” singer opened up in a new interview with Rolling Stone.

“Some of my best friendships came from people publicly criticizing me and then it opening up a conversation,” Taylor said. “Hayley Kiyoko was doing an interview and she made an example about how I get away with singing about straight relationships and people don’t give me s–t the way they give her s–t for singing about girls — and it’s totally valid.”

“Like, Ella — Lorde — the first thing she ever said about me publicly was a criticism of my image or whatever,” Taylor continued. “But I can’t really respond to someone saying, ‘You, as a human being, are fake.’ And if they say you’re playing the victim, that completely undermines your ability to ever verbalize how you feel unless it’s positive.”

“So, OK, should I just smile all the time and never say anything hurts me?” Taylor Swift added. “Because that’s really fake. Or should I be real about how I’m feeling and have valid, legitimate responses to things that happened to me in my life? But wait, would that be playing the victim?”

Taylor Swift accepts an award alongside her friend and collaborator Todrick Hall on stage at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards on Monday (August 26) at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

The 29-year-old singer was joined by the cast of her “You Need to Calm Down” music video to accept the awards for Video of the Year and Video for Good.

Joining Taylor and Todrick were Dexter Mayfield, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Justin Mikita, Hayley Kiyoko, Jonathan Van Ness, Hannah Hart, Jade Jolie, Hannah Hart, Trinity The Tuck, Trinity K Bonet, Akeria C Davenport, Tatianna, Riley Knoxx, and co-director Drew Kirsch.

Taylor used the speech for Video of the Year to promote her petition to support the Equality Act, which has over 500,000 signatures. She pointed out that this is five times the amount of signatures needed for a response from the White House!

Taylor Swift is partying to celebrate her latest smash hit!

The 29-year-old Lover singer-songwriter celebrated her “You Need to Calm Down” music video alongside many of the video’s co-stars on Saturday night (August 10).

Taylor was seen singing and dancing along to her hit song alongside stars like Hayley Kiyoko, HAIM and Justin Mikita, Chester Lockhart and RuPaul’s Drag Race star Akeria Chanel Davenport at the star-studded event.

Hannah Hart and Laverne Cox also excitedly partied with the crew as they danced the night away and celebrated the video’s whopping ten nominations at the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards.

At one point, Taylor could be heard saying “I f–king love Cardi B” during one Instagram Story while having a conversation with someone off-camera.

“Taylor Swift knows how to throw a party,” Chester wrote after the big event.

Victoria Justice looks cute in a cowboy boots and a hat while stopping by the Bed Head Hotel Festival Pop-Up held at Freehand Hotel on Saturday (August 3) in Chicago, Ill.

The 26-year-old actress wasn’t the only entertainer that stopped by. Hayley Kiyoko, Tayla Parx and Dani Thorne, who served as DJ, were also in attendance at the two day event.

On Thursday (August 1), Hayley took the stage for a performance at the 2019 Lollapalooza music festival.

“Got my hair #lollapalooza ready today w/ @bedheadbytigi 🤘🏼#YourVibeOurTribe . Lolla here we come!!! 🖤,” Victoria captioned a photo on Instagram.

The next day, Tayla hit the stage at the festival on Sunday (August 4)!

Hayley Kiyoko just debuted her brand new single, “I Wish”!

The 28-year-old singer also dropped the music video for the track, which she directed herself.

Hayley‘s video stars friends Maia Mitchell, Madison Pettis, Ana Osario and Tamika Miller.

“It’s really hard when you love someone who doesn’t feel the same way,” Hayley explained of the visual. “In this video, I wanted to bring to life the support group we all need when our love for someone isn’t being reciprocated.”

She adds, “Having a strong support system of friends is so important to remind us we are loved and we are not alone.”
