Hot Chelle Rae‘s brand new single “Do the Damn Thing” has been one of this Spring’s hottest songs so far and now, Just Jared has the exclusive music video premiere right here.

The group – Ryan Follese, Nash Overstreet and Jamie Follese – collaborated with Nash‘s brother Chord Overstreet and LEVI on the infectious new song and the music video is a must-see.

“This has gotta be one of the easiest and most fun songs we’ve written. My brother Chord came in with ‘let’s do some 60’s soul type progression’… and I immediately knew what I was gonna do with the beat to freshen that up,” Nash explained to Just Jared. “This record represents the exact feeling and mood of what we do all the time. No matter who’s house it is or how many people roll up… we have fun, laugh, smoke and drink and just feel good being around good vibes.”

And the colorful vibe of the video was all shot on an iPhone!

“We shot this entire video on my iPhone, which was honestly, almost an experiment. SUPER hyped on how everything came out, and we had an amazing editor add in some fun animation and make it all come together!,” Nash added.

Hot Chelle Rae is back!

The pop band returned on Friday (November 8) – today consisting of Ryan Follesé, Nash Overstreet, and Jamie Follesé – with their new song “I Hate LA.”

The “Tonight Tonight” group was first founded in 2005 in Nashville, Tenn., where the members came of age among the songwriting community. In 2015, the group took a break and focused on songwriting. Now, they’re back together.

“When we made the decision to get back together as a band, it truly felt like no time had passed, and for the past two years, we have been locked in a studio in LA, focused on creating new music. We did things differently this time around – giving ourselves the space to find our voice and hone in on our true sound. We’re looking forward to bringing our fans new music that reflects where we are now, but is still reminiscent of the high energy sound that they have always embraced,” they said in a statement.

Hot Chelle Rae‘s brand new song “Don’t Say Goodnight” is this week’s pick for the JustJared.com and KIIS-FM 102.7‘s JJ Music Monday.

The song will be featured on the band’s third studio album, which we can’t wait to hear. In the meantime, go pick up the new single on iTunes right now!

The band – made up of lead singer Ryan Follese, guitarist Nash Overstreet, and drummer Jamie Follese – will send out the song to radio stations starting on February 25.

Pete Wentz and will.i.am hit the red carpet at the 2013 Stars and Strikes Celebrity Bowling and Poker Tournament on Wednesday (March 6) at PINZ Bowling & Entertainment Center in Studio City, Calif.

The evening, spearheaded by Julie Pilat, benefited A Place Called Home, “a safe haven in South Central Los Angeles that supports underserved inner-city youth and empowers them to take ownership of the quality and direction of their lives through programs in education, the arts, nutrition, fitness, college preparation and college scholarships.”

Akon, Hot Chelle Rae‘s Nash Overstreet and Ryan Follese, Jay Sean, Austin Mahone, Midnight Red, and The Wanted were also in attendance at the event, as well as Chris Brown, Becky G, Sammy Adams, Ariana Grande, T. Mills, and producers Dr. Luke, Benny Blanco, and JKash.

Miranda Lambert and Jana Kramer flash their pearly whites on the red carpet at the 2012 CMT Music Awards held at Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday (June 6) in Nashville, Tenn.

Hillary Scott, the frontwoman for Lady Antebellum, glimmered in an Hervé Léger by Max Azria dress and David Webb jewelry. She was joined on the red carpet by her bandmates Dave Haywood and Charles Kelley.

Miranda is up for two awards this year – Video of the Year and Best Female Video, both for her song “Over You.”
