Ian Ziering and his wife Erin have decided to split.

The 55-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 star took to Instagram on Thursday (October 31) to announce that he and Erin, 39, have decided to divorce after nine years of marriage.

“It is with a heavy heart that I tell you Erin and I are splitting up,” Ian wrote. “With our hectic work schedules we could not be busier, and over the last few years have grown apart. She is one of the most incredible women I have ever met and the best mom to our kids.”

Ian then went on to slam reports and rumors going on about his and Erin‘s relationship.

“It has come to my attention that things are being written and said to sensationalize a situation that is simply not sensational,” Ian continued. “Any quote attributed to me is completely false and solely meant by haters to undermine our intention to continue to get along, protect and raise our daughters, and be examples of successful co-parents.”

Ian concluded: “We ask that you respect our privacy at this difficult time as we focus on what is important to us, our girls. Peace and love, Ian.”

Ian and Erin married in 2010 and share two daughters, Mia, 8, and Penna, 6.

If you’re wondering what the cast of Beverly Hills, 90210 is making, the reported salaries have been revealed!

Original stars Jennie Garth, Tori Spelling, Gabrielle Carteris, Shannen Doherty, Brian Austin Green, Jason Priestley and Ian Ziering are making $70,000 per episode of the revival of the beloved series, according to THR on Wednesday (August 14).

That results in a $420,000 base salary for the six-episode series.

Jennie and Tori reportedly received an additional $15,000 per episode for co-creating the new version of the show.

Jason is receiving a reported $46,000 in addition for his work directing one of the episodes.

The salaries are reportedly “a far cry” from what industry insiders anticipated, according to the THR report. (In comparison, the stars of Will & Grace were paid $250,000 per episode for the first season revival of the show, which increased with the next seasons.)

The 46-year-old actor and Shannen, 48, were joined at the big bash by their BH90210 co-stars Tori Spelling, Jennie Garth and Ian Ziering.

That same day, Brian Austin Green and the rest of the cast were joined by their other co-star Gabrielle Carteris, as well as creators Chris Alberghini and Mike Chessler at a panel for their Beverly Hills, 90210 reboot during the Fox segment of the 2019 TCA Summer Press Tour held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel.

The BH90210 actress BFFs wore their characters’ names all over their dresses at the event.

Ian Ziering, along with his family, as well as his TV wife Vanessa Lachey also stopped by the pop up.

The gang’s all back!

Fox released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming Beverly Hills, 90210 reboot titled BH90210 – and it features all of our favorite characters!

Tori Spelling, Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, Shannen Doherty, Brian Austin Green, Ian Ziering and Gabrielle Carteris are all starting off their morning when they start to recognize the iconic theme song from their original show playing around them.

The reboot will follow the original cast members as they return to play “heightened versions of themselves in a brand-new serialized drama — with a healthy dose of irreverence — that is inspired by their real lives and relationships,” Fox shared.

BH 90210 will premiere on Wednesday, August 7 at 9pm ET on Fox.

Ian Ziering, who co-starred on Beverly Hills, 90210 with the late Luke Perry, is paying tribute to the actor after his death.

“Dearest Luke, I will forever bask in the loving memories we’ve shared over the last thirty years. May your journey forward be enriched by the magnificent souls who have passed before you, just like you have done here, for those you leave behind,” Ian posted on his Twitter account.

Ian and Luke co-starred on the long-running series, which ran from 1990-2000.

Luke passed away on Monday (March 4) at the age of 52 after suffering from a stroke.

Shannen Doherty and Ian Ziering, who co-starred with Luke Perry on Beverly Hills 90210, are sending him well wishes on social media after reports have emerged that he suffered a “massive stroke.”

Shannen wrote on her Instagram, “My friend. Holding you tight and giving you my strength. You got this,” along with a photo of them.

Ian wrote on his Instagram account, “No words can express what my heart feels hearing today’s shocking news. Let us all say a prayer for his speedy recovery.”
