We’re not even a full month into 2024, and we’ve already gotten so much new music!

We’ve been diving into new bops and bangers, but we’ve also been celebrating special anniversaries for some of our favorite hits from yesteryear.

For example, Ariana Grande‘s “7 rings” turns 5, Taylor Swift‘s “Shake It Off” debuted 10 years ago, Lady Gaga‘s “Bad Romance” will be 15, Usher‘s “Yeah” is almost old enough to drink and Christina Aguilera‘s “Genie in a Bottle” is celebrating its 25th birthday!

That’s barely scratching the surface, too. With the new year so close, we dug through the archives and pulled together 50 songs that have special birthdays in 2024.

The Songs of the Summer for 2003-2023 Revealed - Only 3 Artists Appear on The List More Than Once

The concept of the Song of the Summer has become omnipresent in recent years, but Billboard has been tracking the data since 1958.

As the weather heats up outside, many of our favorite artists begin to churn out bops and bangers that rocket up the charts. Each year, only one of them can become the defining anthem of the summer.

Billboard unveiled the Song of the Summer for 2023 on Tuesday (September 5). This year Morgan Wallen‘s “Last Night” took the top spot.

In honor of the announcement, we looked back on Billboard’s charts to determine what song dominated the charts each summer from 2003 until 2023. We even noted the bop that came in second place each year! In the case of 2023, we rounded up the Top 5.

While looking back, we noticed that only three artists in the last 21 years were able to claim the Song of the Summer more than once. Can you guess who?

Iggy Azalea Explains Why Saudi Arabian Authorities Shut Down Her Concert & Wouldn't Let Her Finish

Iggy Azalea just performed a show in Saudi Arabia, but it was shut down early and she was forced to wrap up the concert.

The 33-year-old rapper headlined a concert for e-sports and gaming event Gamers8 on Friday (August 25) at Boulevard Riyadh City.

Ahead of the show, Iggy said, “I am delighted to be making my debut performance in Saudi Arabia at Gamers8 and thrilled to be headlining an all-women line up. Providing inspiration for women across the globe is hugely important to me, and something I am immensely proud to have done through my music. Performing live provides incredible opportunities to meet new people and experience new cultures, and I look forward so much to seeing all my fans in Riyadh on Friday for what will be an amazing night.”

Unfortunately, the show was shut down by authorities and Iggy has explained what happened.

Iggy Azalea Drops 'Money Come' Song - Lyrics Revealed, Plus Watch the Video!

Iggy Azalea is preparing for her upcoming fourth album and the first single, “Money Come,” is out now.

The video for the song was inspired by the movie The Wolf of Wall Street and features Iggy being a power player in the office. Her label notes that the video “sees her take over a corporation and assume the role of CEO by transforming the antiquated C-suite of men into a legion of powerful women.”

The new song samples K7’s “Come Baby Come.”

“Come baby, come baby, money make me come (Bounce, come on, bounce) / Keep my name out your mouth if you can’t give me some,” Iggy raps in the lyrics to the chorus.
