ITZY Wraps North American Leg of 'Checkmate World Tour' in NYC

ITZY is taking over the world!

The South Korean K-pop girl group wrapped up their first-ever worldwide concert tour, the Checkmate World Tour, on Sunday night (November 13) at the Hulu Theater in Madison Square Garden in New York City.

K-Pop Girl Group Itzy Announces 'Itzy? Itzy! Tour in USA' 2020 - See the Dates!

Itzy is heading out across America!

The popular South Korean girl group – made up of members Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong and Yuna – will embark on ITZY? ITZY! IN USA, their first stateside tour, beginning in 2020.

Itzy will hit five cities across the United States: Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Houston, Washington D.C. and New York City.

Tickets for the tour go on-sale on Saturday (November 16) at 10 a.m. at the venue’s local time. For all ticket information, click here.

The rookie girl group initially debuted earlier in 2019 with their single album It’z Different, including “Dalla Dalla,” which broke the record for most viewed K-pop debut music video within 24 hours.

K-Pop Girl Group ITZY Releases 'Icy' Music Video - Watch!

ITZY is here to deliver an “ICY” treat this summer!

The much-buzzed about rising South Korean girl group debuted the music video for their brand new single on Sunday (July 28).

The group first debuted back in February of 2019 with their Billboard No. 2 World Digital Song Sales hit “Dalla Dalla,” and consists of five members: Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong and Yuna. They’re a part of JYP Entertainment, responsible for major acts like Got7 and Twice.

The song is part of the girl group’s mini-album released on the same day, It’z Icy.
