Two new indie films had their big Los Angeles premieres this week – It’s Gawd and Battle Scars!
Tommy Chong and Booboo Stewart stepped out alongside co-stars Cindy Vela and Caridee English at the premiere of It’s Gawd on Wednesday (July 12) at The Grove.
Here is the film’s synopsis: Desperate to save the world, (and his job), the creator of Earth journeys to the planet to reconnect with humankind- via an internet variety show. it was directed by Gerald Brunskill and co-produced by Jennifer Birn.
Battle Scars stars Amy Davidson and Zane Holtz were joined by friends Colin Egglesfield and Jessica Hall at their premiere the same night in Beverly Hills The film is helping to spread an important message to bring awareness to P.T.S.D. when a soldier returns to his small town life, trying to adjust back into reality while dealing with a life-altering injury.
It’s Gawd is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video now. Battle Scars is playing now in limited theaters and it’s also available on iTunes and VOD.
