Jodie Comer is hard at work on her upcoming movie The End We Start From.

The 29-year-old actress was spotted filming a scene with her baby co-star on Saturday (October 1) near the Hard Rock Cafe in London, England.

Here is the synopsis for the movie, via THR: “When an environmental crisis sees London submerged by flood waters, a young family is torn apart in the chaos. As a woman and her new-born try to find their way home, the profound novelty of motherhood is brought into sharp focus in this dystopian portrayal of family survival and hope.”

Jodie will star alongside Benedict Cumberbatch, who will serve as an executive producer alongside her.

Jodie Comer cradles to a fake baby in her arms while walking through the set of her new movie, The End We Start From, in London, England over the past weekend.

The 29-year-old actress will star opposite Benedict Cumberbatch, Katherine Waterston and Mark Strong in the film, which is based on the novel by Megan Hunter.

Benedict will also produce the film.

“When an environmental crisis sees London submerged by flood waters, a young family is torn apart in the chaos,” the plot description reads. “As a woman and her new-born try to find their way home, the profound novelty of motherhood is brought into sharp focus in this dystopian portrayal of family survival and hope.”

Jodie opened up about the movie and says that her character “is ordinary and extraordinary, both her very personal life and the world around her have been turned upside down and she is dealing with the unknown at every turn. Her story is about the quiet heroics of determination, devotion, bravery and love.”

Jodie Comer is heading to Broadway!

The 29-year-old Killing Eve actress is set to make her debut in Prima Facie, Variety confirmed on Thursday (June 9).

The 2022 BAFTA TV Awards are happening now, and dozens of stars are making their way into the event on the red carpet.

The awards show recognizing the excellence in British television of 2021 was hosted by Richard Ayoade for the third year in a row. The awards ceremony was held on Sunday (May 8) at the Royal Festival Hall in London, and the nominations were announced back in March.

It is also the first ceremony since the 2019 edition to be held with an in-person audience.

Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh step out in style for the season four photo call of Killing Eve held at The Peninsula Beverly Hills on Tuesday (February 8) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The two stars of the show hyped up the upcoming and final season of the BBC America series, which will be out on Sunday, February 27 at 8:00pm ET/PT on BBC AMERICA and AMC+.

In the new season, Eve (Oh), Villanelle (Comer) and Carolyn (Fiona Shaw) are in very different places. Following Eve and Villanelle’s exchange on the bridge, Eve is on a revenge mission, while Villanelle has found a brand-new community in an attempt to prove she’s not a “monster.”
