Lex Scott Davis is joining the cast!

The 33-year-old Training Day actress is set to star in a lead role on the Suits LA spinoff pilot at NBC, Variety reported.

Lex joins previously announced cast members Stephen Amell and Josh McDermitt in the pilot.

The official description of the pilot states: “Ted Black (Amell), a former federal prosecutor from New York, has reinvented himself representing the most powerful clients in Los Angeles. His firm is at a crisis point, and in order to survive he must embrace a role he held in contempt his entire career. Ted is surrounded by a stellar group of characters who test their loyalties to both Ted and each other while they can’t help but mix their personal and professional lives. All of this is going on while events from years ago slowly unravel that led Ted to leave behind everything and everyone he loved.”

She will star as Erica Rollins, described as “a savvy and strong-willed rising star. Erica works for Ted Black. She’s shrewd enough to test the loyalty of her associates only to admire some of them for not having any.”

Josh McDermitt is entering the Suits world!

The 45-year-old The Walking Dead star is set to appear opposite Steven Amell in the NBC drama pilot Suits L.A., a new spinoff from the Suits universe from creator and writer Aaron Korsh.

Production is scheduled to start in late March in Vancouver, Deadline reports.

Almost all of The Walking Dead franchise stars stepped out for the series finale screening event over the weekend!

Jeffery Dean Morgan and wife Hilarie Burton joined Danai Gurira, Norman Reedus, Sarah Wayne Callies, Lauren Cohan, Christian Serratos, and Ross Marquand on the black carpet for the event held at The Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles.

Okea Eme-Akwari, Cailey Fleming, Eleanor Matsuura, Paola Lazaro, Emily Kinney, Lauren Ridloff, Khary Payton, Chandler Riggs, Deborah Joy Winans, Medina Senghore, Michael James Shaw were also spotted at the event with Demi Lovato, Yvette Nicole Brown, Terry Crews, Teo Rapp-Olsson, Callan McAuliffe, Laila Robins, Michael Rooker, Jenna Elfman, Angel Theory, Josh McDermitt, and Cooper Andrews.

Danai Gurira and Andrew Lincoln made a surprise appearance at 2022 Comic-Con!

The Walking Dead alums surprised fans and their former co-stars at the series panel on Friday (July 22) as they announced the upcoming limited series that they’ll be returning for in the franchise.

Their appearance came with a lot of hugs from their co-stars at the panel, too.

Andrew and Danai joined Norman Reedus, Melissa McBride, Josh McDermitt, Seth Gilliam, Lauren Ridloff, Cailey Fleming, and Michael James Shaw at the event.

During the panel, Norman and Melissa reflected on the end of the series, which will start to air AMC on October 2.

“I kind of just want to cry and make out with everybody at the same time,” Norman shared. “It feels good, though… I’ve made some of my best friends on this show. For most actors, this never happens. And for most of us, it may never happen again.”

Melissa added, “This whole experience has been amazing, out of this world. I never thought it would become what it became.”

The Walking Dead cast is back together at 2019 New York Comic-Con!

The co-stars, including Lauren Cohan who will be returning for season 11, hit the stage at the event on Saturday afternoon (October 5) at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Lauren was also joined by Norman Reedus, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Danai Gurira, Cailey Fleming, Josh McDermitt, Seth Gilliam and Ross Marquand.

During the panel discussion, it was confirmed that the show would be getting an 11th season and Lauren would be back to portray Maggie Greene.

FYI: Danai is wearing an Iris Van Herpen Couture dress. Sydney is wearing a Cavanagh Baker dress. Alexa is wearing a DMN Demain Paris top and pants, Schutz heels, Le Vian rings, and a Prada bag. Maggie is wearing an A.L.C. suit.
