Renee Zellweger and Adam Sandler accept the awards for Best Actress and Best Actor for their roles in Judy and Uncut Gems, respectively, at the 2020 AARP Movies for Grownups Awards on Saturday night (January 11) at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Laura Dern was also honored for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Marriage Story – and she received the award from mom Diane Ladd!

Jamie Lee Curtis and Don Johnson were on hand to accept the award for Best Ensemble for their movie Knives Out, Noah Baumbach was honored with Best Screenwriter for Marriage Story, The Farewell‘s Zhao Shuzhen and Tzi Ma accepted the award for Best Intergenerational Film, and Martin Scorsese was honored with the Best Director Award.

Martin was also joined on stage by Robert De Niro when they accepted the award for Best Picture/Best Movie for Grownups for The Irishman.

Annette Bening was supported at the awards show by husband Warren Beatty where she was honored with the Career Achievement award.

Other stars at the event included Adam‘s wife Jackie, Billy Crudup, Alan Alda, Juliette Lewis, Tony Danza, Conan O’Brien, and Finn Wittrock.

The Weeknd suits up to hit the carpet at the premiere of his film Uncut Gems held at The Dome at Arclight Hollywood on Wednesday (December 11) in Hollywood.

The 29-year-old “Heartless” hit-maker and actor was joined at the event by his co-stars Adam Sandler and his wife Jackie, Julia Fox, Kevin Garnett and Noa Fisher, as well as directors Benny and Josh Safdie and writer Ronald Bronstein.

In attendance to show their support for the film were The Weeknd‘s friends Travis Scott and Young Thug, as well as Danielle Haim, King Princess, Juliette Lewis, Thomas Middleditch, Niecy Nash and Rob Schneider.

That same evening, Julia Fox made her debut late night appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live where she talked about making her first movie Uncut Gems with Adam Sandler and the Safdie Brothers – Watch the interview here!

Aaron Taylor-Johnson and wife director Sam Taylor-Johnson step out for the premiere of their new movie A Million Little Pieces on Wednesday night (December 4) at The London Hotel in West Hollywood, Calif.

Joining the actor-director duo at the premiere included fellow cast members Billy Bob Thornton, Odessa Young, Juliette Lewis, and Giovanni Ribisi.

Also in attendance was James Frey, who wrote the controversial “memoir.”

The film follows the story of a 23-year-old alcoholic and drug abuser by the same name, James Frey. Taking place in 1993, Frey suffers an accidental fall due to his drug abuse. The incident becomes the last straw. Frey’s older brother Bob Frey Jr. (Charlie Hunnam) sends him to rehab to follow the strict twelve-step program to overcome his addiction. ‘A Million Little Pieces’ follows his time in rehab and tells the story of drug addiction and its many challenges to recovery.

A Million Little Pieces will be out in select theaters on Friday, December 6 – watch the trailer!

Edward Norton and Gugu Mbatha-Raw happily strike a pose together while attending the premiere of their latest film Motherless Brooklyn held on Monday (October 28) at the Hollywood American Legion Post 43 in Los Angeles.

The leading stars were joined at the event by their co-star Ethan Suplee and writer Jonathan Lethem, as well as special guests Aaron Paul, Seth Rogen, Juliette Lewis and her husband Steve Berra, Minnie Driver, Thom Yorke and his girlfriend Dajana Roncione, Jack McBrayer, Will Forte and Jeff Garland, who all came out to show their support.

Also in attendance to show her support was Edward‘s wife Shauna Robertson.

Motherless Brooklyn has been Edward‘s passion project for the past two decades and he not only stars in it, he also wrote, directed, and produced the movie. The film hits theaters on November 1st – check out the trailer!

Robert De Niro and Al Pacino hit the red carpet at the premiere of their Netflix movie The Irishman on Thursday night (October 24) at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

The legendary actors were joined at the event by director Martin Scorsese and their co-stars Joe Pesci, Harvey Keitel, Kathrine Narducci, Ray Romano, Stephanie Kurtzuba, Sebastian Maniscalco, and Danny A. Abeckaser.

Some more stars who attended the event included Juliette Lewis, Griffin Dunne, Edgar Ramirez, Rosanna Arquette, Lea Thompson, and Billy Idol.

Woody Harrelson is explaining how he ended up wearing the late George Harrison‘s suit to Wimbledon!

The 58-year-old actor stopped by The Ellen Show, where he opened up about his summer vacation when he visited George‘s widow Olivia.

“We were with Olivia Harrison. It’s the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. She’s one of the greatest people,” Woody explained.

He continued, “And then she lent me a suit because I had to go to Wimbledon and I didn’t have a suit. So I wore this blue suit that was George Harrison‘s suit. Fit exactly!”

Woody Harrelson and Juliette Lewis are celebrating the anniversary of their hit movie!

The co-stars posed together at the 25th anniversary screening of their film Natural Born Killers at the 2019 Beyond Fest on Tuesday night (October 8) at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, Calif.

Also joining Woody and Juliette at the screening was the movie’s director Oliver Stone.

In the Natural Born Killers – which first hit theaters in August 1994, Woody and Juliette played two young, attractive serial killers who become tabloid-TV darlings, thanks to a sensationalistic press led by Robert Downey Jr. The press reports the pair as they go on a 52 people killing spree. A controversial look at the way the media portrays criminals.
