The Houston Astros are heading to the 2022 World Series!

Justin Verlander and his team defeated the New York Yankees 6-5 to secure their place in the World Series on Sunday night (October 23) at Yankee Stadium in Bronx, New York.

Kate Upton was on hand to help the 39-year-old pitcher celebrate their big win.

The 30-year-old model joined Justin and his teammates on the field, giving her husband big hugs and kisses.

The Astros defeated the Yankees in the American League Championship Series, four games to zero.

The Astros will be competing against the Philadelphia Phillies in this year’s World Series, which starts on Friday, October 28.

Over the summer, Kate and Justin made a very rare appearance with 3-year-old daughter Genevieve at the 2022 MLB All-Star Game! See the adorable family photos here.

Kate Upton and daughter Genevieve are stepping out to support to Justin Verlander!

The 30-year-old model and the 39-year-old Houston Astros pitcher held hands with their 3-year-old daughter as they arrived at the 2022 MLB All-Star Game Red Carpet Show held on Tuesday (July 19) at the XBOX Plaza in Los Angeles.

For the event, Kate wowed in a white, one-shoulder mini-dress while Justin looked sharp in a light yellow suit.

Genevieve, who goes by Vivi, looked so cute in a sparkling yellow dress as she supported her dad as he played in his ninth All-Star Game later that evening.

The following day, Kate took to Instagram to gush over Justin and his baseball career.

“Can I just take a moment and brag about my husband? 😍 Justin had TJ surgery and had to step away from playing for almost 2 years,” Kate wrote. “He has put in so much work to be where he is today… He is continuing to break records and hit new milestones in his career. It was so fun having the family together to support Justin at his 9th All-Star experience. I am so proud of you @justinverlander! ❤️”

Justin and the American League team ended up defeating the National League team in the All-Star Game, 3-2.

Kate Upton and husband Justin Verlander are getting an early start to their day!

The 29-year-old model and the 38-year-old pitcher for the Houston Astros picked up coffee while checking out a farmer’s market on Saturday morning (September 18) in Aspen, Colorado.

For their morning outing, Kate ported a denim shirt paired with jeans while Justin wore a T-shirt, blue joggers, and a backwards baseball hat.

A few weeks ago, Kate shared a super sweet photo on Instagram of Justin giving their 2-year-old daughter Genevieve a manicure.

“Daddy Daughter manis melt my heart 😍💅🏻” Kate captioned the below pic of Justin filing Genevieve‘s nails.

Earlier this year, Kate weighed in a photoshop controversy surrounding this reality star.

Kate Upton and Justin Verlander are doing their part to help people in need throughout the current health crisis.

Justin just found out that the MLB will be paying players while the league is shut down so they are going to be donating all of his paychecks from this time period.

If you were wondering, Justin makes $33 million a year and he has the largest salary ever for a pitcher, according to Forbes.

“Recently the @mlb announced they will be continuing to send paychecks to players while the season is suspended. @kateupton and I have decided to donate those funds to a different organization each week so that we can support their efforts and highlight the great work they’re doing during the COVID-19 crisis,” Justin wrote on his Instagram account.

“Everyone around the world is affected by this virus, and we hope to contribute to the families and jobs affected, the healthcare workers and first responders on the front lines and the many others in need of basic necessities, medical supplies and support at home. As soon as the first paycheck is received we will be highlighting the first organization. We know everyone is impacted by this crisis, but for those who are able, we encourage you to stay home to help flatten the curve and look to those around you who need a helping hand,” he added.

Kate Upton‘s husband, Justin Verlander, is playing in the 2019 World Series with the Houston Astros, and she is actively watching and cheering on.

During the Tuesday night (October 29) game, Kate called out a rule that wasn’t followed during game six of the matchup between the Washington Nationals.

“He wasn’t within the base path. Those who don’t know the rule you HAVE to run inside the 2 lines. Not sure why the review is taking so long…” Kate tweeted.

Well, after tweeting that, Kate got a lot of hate from trolls.

She followed up later, writing, “I LOVE talking about sports and reading all of the dumb misogynist comments. It reminds me that women need to keep fighting for equality. It’s 2019 but feels like the 1950s. #feminist.”
