Multiple contestants have quit the show on American Idol this week.
Hollywood Week took its toll on two singers who were considered early favorites during the auditions round.
One singer said that she was quitting as she wanted to go home to her kids and she didn’t think she was going to win anyways. The other singer said she didn’t think she was able to give 100 percent, so she decided to just leave the show.

Martha Hunt dons a little red hot dress while arriving at the Charlotte Tilbury x Samsung event during New York Fashion Week at 837 Washington on Saturday night (September 10) in New York City.
The 27-year-old model met up with Sara Sampaio, Josephine Skriver fashion blogger Olivia Palermo and her husband, Johannes Huebl inside the party.
Olivia Culpo, Alyssa Campanella and singers Symon and Kaya Stewart were also seen at the event.
The event celebrated Charlotte Tilbury‘s debut fragrance, Scent of a Dream and also premiered the Scent of a Dream virtual reality film – starring Kate Moss.
Guests also enjoyed music from DJ Harley Viera-Newton, Charlotte‘s signature Rasberry Rascal and Skinny Bitch cocktails, Dreamy Look makeovers, personalized lip and dream readings and more!

Kylie Jenner leans into boyfriend Tyga inside the NYLON Rebel Fashion Party during New York Fashion Week held at Provocateur in New York City on Thursday night (September 8).
The longtime couple spent the night with Kylie‘s BFF Jordyn Woods while Hailee Steinfeld performed two of her songs at the bash.
Justine Skye, Peyton List, Chantel Jeffries, Amber Coney, Violett Beane, Kaya Stewart and Gotham‘s Camren Bicondova were also seen inside the party.
Guests at the event, which celebrated the iconic fashion muse, Minnie Mouse, posed with sequined ears for photos at the interactive and three dimensional photo booth provided by A-1 ARRAY and cosmetic brand Clinique showcased and provided guests with their new line of Clinique Pop Matte lipstick and walked away with Polaroid snapshots of their experience.
The after party continued at Up&Down, which hosted the “NYNY” party presented Bumble. The private event hosted Kylie and Scott Disick who were joined by owner Richie Akiva.

Diane Kruger and Mary J. Blige step out to celebrate at the Jimmy Choo 20th Anniversary Event during New York Fashion Week on Thursday night (September 8) in New York City.
