Eddie Murphy's Holiday Movie 'Candy Cane Lane' Gets Debut Trailer - Watch Now

The trailer for Prime Video’s upcoming holiday film Candy Cane Lane is here!

Eddie Murphy stars in this holiday comedy adventure about a man on a mission to win his neighborhood’s annual Christmas home decoration contest. After Chris (Murphy) inadvertently makes a deal with a mischievous elf named Pepper (Jillian Bell) to better his chances of winning, she casts a magic spell that brings the 12 Days of Christmas to life, and wreaks havoc on the whole town. At the risk of ruining the holidays for his family, Chris, his wife Carol (Tracee Ellis Ross), and their three children must race against the clock to break Pepper’s spell, battle deviously magical characters, and save Christmas for everyone.

Jennifer Garner Shows Off Her Summer Style at 'Party Down' FYC Screening

Jennifer Garner steps out in an all-white look for a Party Down event!

The 51-year-old actress met up with Ken Marino, Tyrel Jackson Williams, Martin Starr, Ryan Hansen, Zoe Chao and Jane Lynch for the FYC Screening of the Starz series held at Hollywood Athletic Club over the weekend in Los Angeles.

If you’re unaware, Jennifer joined the series as Evie, who is a film producer that falls in love with Adam Scott‘s Henry.

“I’ve always been a huge fan of Jennifer’s and wanted to work with her, and had never even met her,” Adam shared with Entertainment Weekly recently. “When we were talking about the character in Evie, Jennifer Garner was one of the people we thought of like, ‘Someone like Jennifer Garner’…but never thinking that Jennifer Garner is someone we would actually get to be on Party Down.”

Veronica Mars is among the most beloved modern TV shows of all time.

The teen drama, created by screenwriter Rob Thomas, centers around Kristen Bell as Veronica Mars, a student who doubles as a private investigator, with the help of her detective father, solving various mysteries. 

The show premiered in September of 2004 on UPN, ending in May of 2007, after a season on The CW. While it was cancelled after three seasons, the stars launched a fundraising campaign by 2013 to produce a film powered by fans through Kickstarter, which achieved its goal in a staggeringly quick amount of time, with the movie arriving in 2014, followed by a fourth season that arrived in 2019 on Hulu.

Since the show aired, many of its stars have gone on to achieve big things in their careers, amassing a significant amount of wealth.

Hannah Einbinder & Reggie Watts Joke Around On 'History of the World Part II' Red Carpet - Watch the Trailer for the Hulu Series!

Hannah Einbinder hops on Reggie Watts back during a cute moment at the premiere of History of the World, Part II held at Hollywood Legion Theater on Monday night (February 27) in Los Angeles.

The two actors walked the red carpet next to so many other stars who are featured in the new season of the hit Hulu series.

Series producers Nick Kroll, Wanda Sykes, and Ike Barinholtz were joined by Johnny Knoxville, Sarah Silverman, Kumail Nanjiani and Emily V. Gordon, Reggie Watts, Jay Ellis, Josh Gad, Sam Richardson, and Dove Cameron.

Jack McBrayer, Pamela Adlon, Jason Mantzoukas, Natalie Morales, Lauren Lapkus, Sarayu Rao, Will Sasso, Marla Gibbs, Ken Marino, Nick Robinson, Cary Elwes, Rob Minkoff, Crystal Kung Minkoff, and Kimiko Glenn were also at the premiere.

The series is a follow-up to Mel Brooks‘ 1981 comedy The History of the World, Part I.

History of the World Part II will debut on Monday, March 6, with two episodes. Two new episodes will drop daily, with the finale releasing on Thursday, March 9.

11 Stars Added to Shonda Rhimes' New Murder Mystery Drama 'The Residence' - Cast & Roles Revealed!

Shondaland and Netflix are getting closer to launching their new murder-mystery drama, The Residence!

The show, which stars the previously announced Uzo Aduba, is based on Kate Andersen Brower’s book The Residence: Inside the Private World of the White House.

It’s described as “a screwball whodunnit set in the upstairs, downstairs, and back stairs of the White House, among the eclectic staff of the world’s most famous mansion…132 rooms. 157 suspects. One dead body. One wildly eccentric detective (Aduba). One disastrous State Dinner,” via Deadline.

Eleven stars have just been announced to round out the cast, and they’re from some big shows that you know and love.

Party Down's New Stars Jennifer Garner & James Marsden Join Kristen Bell & More Returning Cast Members at Season 3 Premiere!

Jennifer Garner and James Marsden have joined the cast of Starz’s Party Down for season three and they joined the returning stars at the red carpet premiere!

Jen and James were joined by Ken Marino, Kristen Bell, Ryan Hansen, Jane Lynch, Megan Mullally, and Martin Starr at the event on Wednesday (February 22) at the Regency Bruin Theatre in Los Angeles.

Also in attendance were new cast members Zoe Chao and Tyrel Jackson Williams.

It has been nearly 13 years since season two, but Party Down is back with a six-episode season that premieres this weekend. Here is the synopsis: “Ten years after struggling actor Henry Pollard quit acting and gave up his day job working for Party Down Catering, a stroke of bad luck lands him back with his old team of Hollywood dreamers and misfits tending bar.”

Missing from the premiere was star Adam Scott, but Ken held up his photo on his phone to make sure his presence was felt!
