Emma Stone Gets Support from Laura Dern at 'Poor Things' Special Screening in L.A.

Emma Stone has been very busy promoting her new movie!

The 35-year-old Oscar-winning actress had the support of Laura Dern at Searchlight Pictures’ screening of her new movie Poor Things on Friday (November 17) held at CAA in Los Angeles.

The movie’s director Yorgos Lanthimos, writer Tony McNamara, and sound editor Johnnie Burn were also all in attendance.

Sam Worthington Makes Statement at Australians in Film Awards 2018!

Sam Worthington makes a statement alongside his wife Lara Bingle while hitting the carpet at the 2018 Annual Australians In Film Award & Benefit Dinner at Paramount Studios on (October 24) in Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old actor donned a black hoodie with the slogan, “Climate change is real,” plastered down the front in large white capital letters, with black jeans and black shoes.

Also in attendance at the event celebrating Australians in film was Timothy Olyphant, Danielle Macdonald, Jacob Elordi, Keiynan Lonsdale, Hannah Gadsby, Kimberly Peirce, Damon Herriman, Luke Bracey, Monica Lewinsky, Liv Hewson, Zoe Bell, Natasha Bassett and I, Tonya director Craig Gillespie.

Keiynan was honored with the Screen Australia Breakthrough Award, Hannah with the Create NSW Annette Kellerman Award, and Damon with the Qantas Orry-Kelly Award, which celebrates an Australian who has contributed to the national identity with their body of work.

Sarah Paulson & Kristen Wiig Join More Amazing Women at Governors Awards 2017

Sarah Paulson, Kristen Wiig, and Salma Hayek walk the carpet at the 2017 Governors Awards at The Ray Dolby Ballroom at Hollywood & Highland Center on Saturday (November 11) in Hollywood.

The event marks the kick off of awards season and anyone vying for an Oscar next year stepped out on the carpet.

Sarah is starring in the upcoming film The Post while Kristen is in Downsizing and Salma‘s film Beatriz at Dinner was released this past summer.

More stars on the carpet included Three BillboardsAbbie Cornish, Wonder Wheel‘s Juno Temple, Lady Bird‘s Laurie Metcalf, and past Oscar winner Whoopi Golberg.

Bad-ass female directors Patty Jenkins, Ava DuVernay, Dee Rees, Sofia Coppola, and Kimberly Peirce were all there as well!

FYI: Sarah is wearing a Miu Miu dress and a Tyler Ellis clutch. Kristen is wearing a Galvan dress, Olgana Paris heels, Djula hoops, and Atelier Swarovski rings. Salma is wearing Gucci. Abbie is wearing an Elie Saab gown with an Emm Kuo clutch. Juno is wearing a Monse dress, a Tyler Ellis clutch, and Sophia Webster heels. Ava is wearing a Greta Constantine gown.
