Jason Momoa brought the best plus one to the premiere of his new movie Slumberland – a stuffed pig!

The 43-year-old actor carried the stuffed animal in honor of the toy in the film, and his new pet feral pig, which he adopted from the film.

“my new friend LAU LAU. or MANAPUA. we haven’t decided yet,” Jason introduced the new member of his family to fans on Instagram earlier this week. “This is why i can’t work with animals i want to bring them home. wild and feral like his pops.”

Jason added in a cute note to co-star Marlow Barkley, “@marlowbarkley look what i found. hopefully u meet him mr MANAPUA slumberland premiere.”

She responded, “Ahhhh, I LOVE him! Please bring him! I won’t tell pig!”

Jason and Marlow were joined by co-stars India de Beaufort and Kyle Chandler at the premiere in Los Angeles on Wednesday (November 9).

A brand new look for Jason Momoa‘s upcoming movie, Slumberland, is here!

The new trailer comes a month ahead of the official premiere on Netflix.

Here’s a summary of the movie: Slumberland takes audiences to a magical new place, a dreamworld where precocious Nemo (Marlow Barkley) and her eccentric companion Flip (Momoa) embark on the adventure of a lifetime. After her father Peter (Kyle Chandler) is unexpectedly lost at sea, young Nemo’s idyllic Pacific Northwest existence is completely upended when she is sent to live in the city with her well-meaning but deeply awkward uncle Phillip (Chris O’Dowd).

Her new school and new routine are challenging by day but at night, a secret map to the fantastical world of Slumberland connects Nemo to Flip, a rough-around-the-edges but lovable outlaw who quickly becomes her partner and guide. She and Flip soon find themselves on an incredible journey traversing dreams and fleeing nightmares, where Nemo begins to hope that she will be reunited with her father once again.

The film hits Netflix on November 18.

Kyle Chandler is reacting to the news that Early Edition is being rebooted.

The 56-year-old actor got his big break with the television series, which centered on Gary, who mysteriously starts to receive a copy of the Chicago Sun-Times one day in advance. Gifted with special knowledge about the future, Gary tries to use what he learns from the newspaper to prevent terrible events every day.

Early Edition, which ran for four seasons, is now being rebooted with a female lead by CBS.

Paramount+ has dropped the first look at their upcoming series, Mayor of Kingstown.

The series centers on the McLusky family — power brokers in Kingstown, Mich., where the business of incarceration is the only thriving industry. Tackling themes of systemic racism, corruption, and inequality, the series provides a stark look at their attempt to bring order and justice to a town that has neither.

Jeremy Renner and Kyle Chandler will star as brothers in the show, alongside Dianne Wiest, Hugh Dillon, Taylor Handley, Emma Laird, and Tobi Bamtefa.

Mayor of Kingstown will premiere on November 14 on the streaming service from CBS.

Kyle Chandler has booked his next role in Mayor of Kingstown, Taylor Sheridan’s upcoming series for Paramount+.

According to Deadline, the 55-year-old actor will join Jeremy Renner in the upcoming series and portray Jeremy‘s older brother on the show.

Mayor of Kingstown follows the McLusky family, power brokers in Kingstown, Michigan, where the business of incarceration is the only thriving industry. Tackling themes of systemic racism, corruption and inequality, the series provides a stark look at their attempt to bring order and justice to a town that has neither.

Kyle is Mitch, the older brother to Mike McLusky (Renner). He is a fixer both inside and outside the prison system in a town where the prisons are the economic engines to the city at large.
