Mary-Louise Parker Reacts to Ex Billy Crudup's Wedding to Naomi Watts

Mary-Louise Parker was asked about her ex, Billy Crudup, in a new interview.

If you don’t know, Billy, now 54, broke up with the Weeds actress back in 2003 when she was pregnant with their son. At the time, Billy entered a relationship with Claire Danes. Billy and Claire ‘s relationship didn’t last and they split in 2006.

Mary-Louise Parker's Play 'How I Learned to Drive' Gets 2-Week Extension After Tony Noms!

Mary-Louise Parker got some great news this week!

After receiving a Tony nomination for her work in the play How I Learned to Drive, it was just announced that the play has been given a two-week extension and is now running through June 12.

Mary-Louise and co-star David Morse celebrated their nominations at the 2022 Tony Awards Meet the Nominees Press Event on Thursday (May 12) at Sofitel in New York City.

MLP is up for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play and she was joined at the event by the four other women in her category – The Skin of Our Teeth‘s Gabby Beans, Trouble in Mind‘s LaChanze, Macbeth‘s Ruth Negga, and Dana H‘s Deirdre O’Connell.

David is nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Play and he was joined at the event by category mates Sam Rockwell for American Buffalo and Ruben Santiago-Hudson for Lackawanna Blues.

Also in attendance were Supporting Actor nominees Alfie Allen for Hangmen and Chuck Cooper for Trouble in Mind, as well as Featured Actress nominees Uzo Aduba and Kara Young for Clyde’s, Kenita R. Miller for For Colored Girls, and Phylicia Rashad for Skeleton Crew.

'How I Learned to Drive' Star Mary-Louise Parker Admits She's Not a Great Driver

Mary-Louise Parker doesn’t have a lot of confidence in her driving skills.

The 57-year-old actress stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers on Thursday (April 28), where she discussed her role in the play How I Learned to Drive and said she considers herself the “worst driver alive.”

Mary-Louise Parker is Joined by Her Kids at Tony Awards 2020

Mary-Louise Parker has the support of her kids on her big night!

The 57-year-old actress was joined by her son William and daughter Caroline on the red carpet at the 2020 Tony Awards on Sunday (September 26) at the Winter Garden Theatre in New York City.

Mary-Louise is nominated tonight for Best Actress in a Play for her role in The Sound Inside. She previously won this award back in 2001 for her role in Proof.

If Mary-Louise wins the award again, she will be only the eighth performer to win two trophies in the category!

Even though we’re in 2021, this is actually the 2020 Tony Awards because it’s the ceremony delayed from June 2020. The awards show will honor the best of Broadway’s 2019-20 season!

Nick Offerman & Mary Louise Parker to Play Colin Kaepernick's Adoptive Parents in Netflix Show

Netflix has cast Colin Kaepernick‘s parents in their new limited series!

Nick Offerman and Mary-Louise Parker have been cast as the 33-year-old former NFL player’s parents Teresa and Rick Kaepernick in the upcoming series titled Colin in Black & White, Variety reports.

Colin in Black & White will be a six-episode series focusing on the football player’s “early life as a Black child growing up with a white adopted family and his journey to become a great quarterback while defining his identity.”

The series has already been written and Colin is set to provide narration for Colin in Black & White.

Late last month the actor playing Colin as a teenager was announced!

So Many Stars Attended the Opening Night of Broadway's 'Girl from the North Country'

The opening night performance of the new Broadway musical Girl from the North Country had so many stars on the red carpet on Thursday (March 5) at the Belasco Theatre in New York City.

It was date night for married couples Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Justin Mikita, and Michael C. Hall and Morgan Macgregor.

More stars in attendance included James Van Der Beek, Ben Platt and his former Dear Evan Hansen co-star Michael Park, Corey Stoll, Brooke Shields, Jesse Eisenberg, Tony Shalhoub, Bernadette Peters, Jane Krakowski, Martha Plimpton, Rosie O’Donnell, Kathy Najimy, Mary-Louise Parker, Brian D’Arcy James, Alysia Reiner, Sophia Anne Caruso, and Wesley Taylor.

Girl from the North Country, which features the songs of Bob Dylan, is now playing on Broadway. The New York Times gave it a rave review and noted it as a Critic’s Pick.

Billy Porter, Tony Shalhoub & More Step Out To Support 'A Soldier's Play' Broadway Opening!

Billy Porter keeps it chic as he strikes a pose on the red carpet at the opening night for A Soldier’s Play held at the American Airlines Theater on Tuesday (January 21) in New York City.

The 50-year-old Pose star was joined at the event by The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel‘s Tony Shalhoub and his wife Brooke Adams, Weeds star Mary Louise Parker and her son William Parker, Magic Johnson and his wife Cookie, Kate Walsh, Sunny Hostin, Phylicia Rashad and Cicely Tyson as they all stepped out to show their support.

Also in attendance were the cast of the play David Alan Grier, Blair Underwood, Nnamdi Asomugha, Jerry O’Connell, McKinley Belcher III, Rob Demery, Jared Grimes, Billy Eugene Jones, Nate Mann, Warner Miller, J. Alphonse Nicholson, and Lee Aaron Rosen.

A Soldier’s Play follows an officer’s race against his white leadership to unravel the crime of a black sergeant’s murder. A hair-raising mystery set in 1944, the play is seen on Broadway for the first time.
