Jessica Chastain pulled off a major transformation when she attended the 2023 Met Gala earlier this week.

The 46-year-old actress arrived to the biggest night in fashion sporting platinum blonde hair instead of her signature red locks.

Her blonde moment was a dramatic departure from what fans were used to, and she had red hair just a few days earlier at another event.

Fans were surprised to see F1 racer Daniel Ricciardo in attendance at the 2023 Met Gala this week after the comments he made about the event just two year ago.

The 33-year-old race car driver wore Thom Browne at the event on Monday evening (May 1) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

Just last night, Olivia Wilde hit the red carpet at the 2023 Met Gala in Chloe‘s infamous violin dress – and so did Margaret Zhang!

Both attendees styled the dress different, and even wore the garment in different colors, but there was no denying it was the violin dress that Karl Lagerfeld designed during his tenure at Chloe.

After being made aware that Margaret, who is Vogue China‘s editor in chief, wore the same dress she did, Olivia had a brilliant reaction.

Oh no! Kim Kardashian suffered a wardrobe malfunction during the 2023 Met Gala, but thankfully it appears to have happened at the end of the night.

The 42-year-old reality star and new American Horror Story actress was seen arriving back at her hotel with pearls surrounding her feet on late Monday night (May 1) in New York City.

When Kim got out of the car, it appears she may have stepped on one of the strands of pearls, causing it to leak all over the street and sidewalk. If you click through the photo gallery, you’ll see how the pearls fell off the dress.

Kim wore a Schiaparelli look with a draped skirt and top made from over 50,000 freshwater pearls and over 16,000 crystals. The look was made by 12 artisans and took over 1,000 hours to create.

While on the red carpet at the gala, Kim told Vogue that the dress had already started to break and North was grabbing all the loose pearls.

“They’re real pearls, and she was putting them all in her purse,” she said.

Kim reunited with a famous ex while inside the Met Gala.

There are so many celebs who we love seeing every year at the Met Gala, but quite a few of them didn’t show up for the 2023 event.

While there are countless stars we wish would have attended, we counted 24 Met Gala faves who didn’t attend this year.

Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, and Katy Perry are among those who didn’t show up for the 2023 gala.

Katy was unable to be there due to her American Idol commitment, but we’re not sure why the others chose not to attend.

Jameela Jamil is taking a stand and voicing her opinion on last night’s Met Gala.

If you don’t remember, last year, after the Met Gala theme was announced, the 37-year-old She-Hulk star explained why she took issue with the choice to honor late designer Karl Lagerfeld, who passed away in February 2019.

Although she noted that he was “supremely talented,” she called him out for using “his platform [in] such a distinctly hateful way, mostly towards women, so repeatedly and up until the last years of his life, showing no remorse, offering no atonement, no apology, no help to groups he attacked.”

Now, she’s issued a new statement, hours after the 2023 Met Gala took place on Monday (May 1).
