Halle Berry steps out on the red carpet with longtime love Van Hunt for the 2023 Future Artists Gala held at Avalon Hollywood & Bardot over the weekend in Los Angeles.

The 56-year-old actress was just one of many alums that stepped out for the event, which included Corbin Bleu, Melina Kanakaredes and Michael Chiklis.

The gala was in support of the LA County High School for the Arts, which is the highest ranking school for the arts in the country, and raised money for the programs and scholarships offered for the upcomnig year.

The premiere of HBO’s new series Winning Time featured so many members of the star-studded cast!

The show’s two main actors John C. Reilly and Jason Clarke led the pack at the premiere event on Wednesday night (March 2) at The Ace Theatre in downtown Los Angeles.

Cast members Jason Segel, Adrien Brody, Sally Field, Michael Chiklis, Quincy Isaiah, Solomon Hughes, DeVaughn Nixon, Hadley Robinson, Molly Gordon, Sarah Ramos, Rob Morgan, Spencer Garrett, Delante Desouze, Newton Mayenge, Tamera Tomakili, Sean Patrick Small, Brett Cullen, Jimel Atkins, Andy Hirsch, Austin Aaron, Jon Young, Edwin Hodge, Terence Davis, Michael AG Scott, Max E. Williams, and Mariama Diallo were in attendance as well.

The event included a screening of the first episode and an after-party on a custom-made basketball court evocative of the iconic Forum, where the Lakers made history in the 1980s.

Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty, which is executive produced by Adam McKay, is a fast-break series about the professional and personal lives of the 1980s Los Angeles Lakers, one of sports’ most revered and dominant dynasties — a team that defined an era, both on and off the court.

The new series premieres on HBO on Sunday, March 6.

The Don’t Look Character posters have arrived!

Here’s a synopsis of the movie: Kate Dibiasky (Jennifer Lawrence), an astronomy grad student, and her professor Dr. Randall Mindy (Leonardo DiCaprio) make an astounding discovery of a comet orbiting within the solar system. The problem — it’s on a direct collision course with Earth. The other problem? No one really seems to care. Turns out warning mankind about a planet-killer the size of Mount Everest is an inconvenient fact to navigate. With the help of Dr. Oglethorpe (Rob Morgan), Kate and Randall embark on a media tour that takes them from the office of an indifferent President Orlean (Meryl Streep) and her sycophantic son and Chief of Staff, Jason (Jonah Hill), to the airwaves of The Daily Rip, an upbeat morning show hosted by Brie (Cate Blanchett) and Jack (Tyler Perry). With only six months until the comet makes impact, managing the 24-hour news cycle and gaining the attention of the social media obsessed public before it’s too late proves shockingly comical — what will it take to get the world to just look up?!

Mark Rylance, Ron Perlman, Timothée Chalamet, Ariana Grande, Scott Mescudi (aka Kid Cudi), Himesh Patel, Melanie Lynskey, Michael Chiklis and Tomer Sisley also star.

The movie will be out in select theaters on December 10 ahead of its release on Netflix on December 24.

Glenn Close and Danai Gurira walk the carpet at the 2019 Costume Designers Guild Awards on Tuesday night (February 19) at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Glenn was honored with the Spotlight Award at the event while Danai was there to support Black Panther costume designer Ruth E. Carter, who received a Career Achievement Award.

Ruth also won the Excellence in Sci-Fi/Fantasy Film award!

Halle Berry and Ellen Pompeo keep it chic and casual as they strike a pose at the Avra Beverly Hills Grand Opening Celebration held on Thursday evening (April 26) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 51-year-old actress and Ellen, 48, were joined at the event by Selma Blair, Cindy Crawford, Nicole Scherzinger, Chris Noth and Michael Chiklis.

The restaurant will feature the authentic Mediterranean cuisine it’s known for including fresh seafood flown in daily from Europe. Just like the original restaurants, this new Los Angeles restaurant also has a seafood display from which diners can select their fish.

Earlier in the week, Halle stepped out to get honored at the 2018 Matrix Awards.
