There were so many stars in attendance at the 2024 AFI Awards Luncheon, celebrating the best movies and television shows of 2023.

The casts of Barbie, The Last of Us, and more were all there to honor their projects on Friday afternoon (January 12) at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The AFI Awards honorees include 10 outstanding motion pictures and 10 outstanding TV programs deemed culturally and artistically representative of this year’s most significant achievements in the art of the moving image.

Stars like Meryl Streep, Selena Gomez, Natalie Portman, Reese Witherspoon, Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri, Robert Downey Jr., Cillian Murphy, and many more all attended the event this year.

“As our nation and our world continue to navigate difficult times, AFI is honored to shine a proper light upon these works of art that lift us up and, ultimately, lead us to empathy,” said Bob Gazzale, AFI President and CEO. “That we do so without competition is AFI’s hallmark, and we are proud to gather this community of artists together – as one – to celebrate their extraordinary contributions to our time.”

Natasha Lyonne and Bryn Mooser pose for photos together while attending the 2024 Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 7) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 44-year-old actress and the 44-year-old filmmaker were seen striking a couple of prom-like poses as they arrived for the annual event.

Natasha is actually a second time nominee at the show tonight, as she is nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy for her work in the Peacock series Poker Face! Her fellow nominees include Selena Gomez, Ayo Edebiri, Rachel Brosnahan, Elle Fanning and Quinta Brunson.

She was previously up for the same award in 2020 for her work on Russian Doll.

The week before, Natasha and Bryn attended the W Magazine and the Vanity Fair/Amazon’s MGM Studios parties. A month prior, they stepped out to support Macaulay Culkin at his Walk of Fame ceremony.

The Golden Globes will air on CBS this year, marking a change in network after many years on NBC. The show is being hosted by comedian Jo Koy. Make sure to check out the full list of nominations!

There was a big party last night ahead of the Golden Globes!

Lots of stars stepped out at the Vanity Fair and Amazon MGM Studios awards season celebration at Bar Marmont on Saturday evening (January 6) in Los Anglees.

Some of the attendees included Cole Sprouse, Colman Domingo, Reese Witherspoon with her son Deacon Phillippe, Emma Chamberlain with actor Owen Thiele, Heidi Klum with daughter Leni Klum, The Boys‘ Jack Quaid, James Marsden, Jared Leto, Rachel Brosnahan with husband Jason Ralph, Malin Akerman with husband Jack Donnelly, Nicolas Cage, Abbott Elementary‘s Quinta Brunson, The Wheel of Time‘s Rosamund Pike, and The Daily Show‘s Trevor Noah.

They all mingled with Vanity Fair‘s editor in chief Radhika Jones and the head of Amazon Studios, Jennifer Salke.

W Magazine is kicking off Golden Globes weekend with a star-studded party!

Editor-in-Chief Sara Moonves and Editor-at-Large Lynn Hirschberg hosted their annual Best Performances Party in celebration of the magazine’s “Best Performances Issue” on Friday night (January 5) at Chateau Marmount in Los Angeles.

Best Performance cover stars Margot Robbie, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Nicolas Cage, and Colman Domingo, were all in attendance along featured stars Taraji P. Henson, Julia Garner, Barry Keoghan, Callum Turner, and Franz Rogowski.

Throughout the night, guests sipped on Casamigos Tequila cocktails and danced to a set by DJ Ross One. The evening was presented by legendary shoe designer Christian Louboutin.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck made a red hot couple while arriving at Elle’s 2023 Women In Hollywood Celebration on Tuesday evening (December 5) held at Nya Studios in Los Angeles.

The annual event”the women who are influencing Hollywood today from the best red carpet appearances, the women behind the camera, to Elle‘s very own cover stars,” according to Elle.

This year’s honorees include Jennifer, Nina Garcia, America Ferrera, Danielle Brooks, Eva Longoria, Fantasia Barrino, Greta Lee, Jodie Foster, Lily Gladstone, and Taraji P. Henson.

The 2023 Academy Museum Gala was probably the final star-studded event of the year and so many celebs stepped out during the kickoff to awards season!

The Academy Museum Gala is a fundraising event for the museum, raising “funds to support the organization’s museum exhibitions, education initiatives and public programming,” according to Variety.

This year’s event was postponed due to the ongoing conflict between Palestine and Israel. It was originally supposed to take place October 14th, but was pushed back to this weekend.

Plenty of stars made sure to change the date in their calendars and everyone brought out their fashion A-games, with some celebs looking even better than the rest.
