Frank Grillo is a single man.

The 56-year-old actor, who plays Brock Rumlow in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, confirmed his relationship status to photographers while stepping out for dinner on Wednesday night (November 3) at Craig’s restaurant in West Hollywood, Calif. (Check out those photos in the gallery)

Frank revealed that he is single after a recent split from girlfriend Nicky Whelan. They started dating last year during the pandemic and the first photos we posted of them together were taken in July 2020.

Frank Grillo and girlfriend Nicky Whelan are still going strong!

The 56-year-old actor got Nicky‘s support at the special screening of his new movie The Gateway on Wednesday night (August 25) at the IPIC theaters in Westwood, Calif.

Frank was also joined at the event by his young co-star Taegen Burns and director Michele Civetta.

The Gateway follows “Parker (Shea Whigham), a down-on-his-luck social worker who finds himself in over his head when he tries to protect his client from her recently paroled husband. Can Parker save the family from the violent threat of the maniacal drug dealer and his crew, desperate to reclaim their priceless stash?”

The film will debut in select theaters and on VOD on September 3. It will be available on Blu-ray and DVD on September 7.

The 55-year-old Kingdom actor was seen carrying a Gingerbread House Kit, so it looks like he’s definitely getting ready for the holidays!

Frank celebrated Thanksgiving this year at home with his three sons.

Frank Grillo puts his buff muscles on display while stepping out for coffee with actress Nicky Whelan on Tuesday (June 30) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 55-year-old actor looks like he’s in incredible shape these days and he’s showing off the hard work he puts in at the gym!

Frank starred on the series Kingdom, which was just released on Netflix. The show premiered on DirecTV back in 2014 and aired for three seasons. Now you can watch all 40 episodes on the streaming service.

You might also know Frank from his role as Brock Rumlow/Crossbones in the Marvel Cinematic Universe or his roles in films like Warrior, End of Watch, and Zero Dark Thirty.

Back in February, Frank and his wife Wendy announced that they had called it quits after 19 years of marriage.

Nicky was previously married to retired NFL player Kerry Rhodes, but they split in October 2017 after six months of marriage.

Dave Annable and Geoff Stults step out for a pre-opening dinner at the new restaurant Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse at the Westfield Century City mall on Wednesday (February 6) in Los Angeles.

The guys were joined by Lance Bass, Michael Turchin, and Nicky Whelan for the charity event, which supported St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. The premium steakhouse donated all proceeds from the dinner to the organization.

The new restaurant, which overlooks Santa Monica Boulevard, opens to the public on Saturday, February 9.

Dave will be starring in the upcoming Netflix series What/If, which is currently in production.
