There were so many A-List stars at the Variety Power of Women: Los Angeles event and we have so many great photos from the afternoon!

Meghan Markle, Margot Robbie, and Dua Lipa are just some of the stars who stepped out for the event, presented by Lifetime, on Thursday afternoon (November 16) at Mother Wolf restaurant in Los Angeles.

Fantasia Barrino, Billie Eilish, Lily Gladstone, and Carey Mulligan were all honored at the event. Emily Blunt was honored with the Power of Women Alumni Award and the Producer of the Year Award went to Margot and her LuckyChap partners Tom Ackerley and Josey McNamara.

The evening ended with a special surprise performance of Billie‘s ‘What Was I Made For’ performed alongside her brother Finneas.

Surprise presenters included Leonardo DiCaprio and Oprah Winfrey. Guests enjoyed exclusive Casamigos cocktails including a Spicy Margarita and a Paloma.

Tonight, Lucasfilm announced that Gina Carano would not be returning for Disney+’s The Mandalorian after her controversial social media posts went viral.

The actress came under fire after re-posting something from another account that compared the treatment of conservatives in the United States to how Jewish people were treated in Germany during the Nazi era.

“Gina Carano is not currently employed by Lucasfilm and there are no plans for her to be in the future,” a rep for Lucasfilm confirmed in a statement.

However, Gina isn’t exactly the first actor to be fired from their television show amid controversy.

Elaine Hendrix will be playing the role of Alexis Carrington on the third season of The CW’s Dynasty!

The actress, who is beloved for her role as Meredith Blake in the remake of The Parent Trap, also has starred in shows like Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll and Anger Management.

Nicollette Sheridan originated the role of Alexis on the reboot of Dynasty and she left abruptly midway through season one. Elizabeth Gillies, who also plays Fallon on the series, temporarily took over as Alexis thanks to a plastic surgery plot-line.

“Alexis is back in Atlanta, with a new look, a new man, and plenty of scores to settle,” The CW said in a statement about Elaine‘s casting, according to TVLine.

Nicollette Sheridan is reacting to her Desperate Housewives co-star Felicity Huffman‘s college admissions scandal, where she allegedly paid $15,000 to participate in the college entrance exam cheating scheme.

“I mean…We don’t know the facts,” Nicollette initially said during her appearance on Access Live. “But we can be extremely disturbed by the entitlement, the power and money that can take away from less privileged. And that to me is disgraceful.”

“So…we’ll see where it really stands. I think there are ways to remedy a system that isn’t working and I think has been broken for a long time. So, I don’t want to get into how to fix it…it’s troublesome. It can change the life path of a child who is deserving,” she added. “I think everybody should be talking about it. It’s a huge problem.”

Charmed‘s Melonie Diaz, Madeleine Mantock, and Sarah Jeffery, Legacies‘ Danielle Rose Russell and Matt Davis, and Thirty Seconds To Mars were there to show their support as well.

The stars of Supernatural get all suited up for the 2018 CW Network Upfront held at The London Hotel on Thursday (May 17) in New York City.

Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, and Misha Collins posed together on the red carpet, along with Arrow star Stephen Amell for the annual event.

Black Lightning‘s China Anne McClain, Nafessa Williams, Cress Williams and Christine Adams were also there, plus Dynasty‘s Elizabeth Gillies and Nicollette Sheridan, and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend‘s Rachel Bloom.

Nicollette Sheridan has landed an exciting new role!

She’ll be playing the role of Alexis Carrington in the CW’s reboot of Dynasty. The role was made famous in the 1980s by Joan Collins!

Nicollette has remained out of the spotlight for many years. The last TV gig she had was Desperate Housewives, and her character was killed off the hit ABC show.

THR reports that Nicollette will begin filming the role next year and will appear in a few episodes towards the end of the season.
