The official trailer for Gretel & Hansel is here, and it’s truly creepy.

The new footage dropped on Thursday (January 2).

Here’s the synopsis: “A long time ago in a distant fairytale countryside, a young girl leads her little brother into a dark wood in desperate search of food and work, only to stumble upon a nexus of terrifying evil.”

From director Osgood “Oz” Perkins, the film stars Sophia Lillis, newcomer Sammy Leakey, Alice Krige, Jessica De Gouw, and Charles Babalola.

Gretel & Hansel hits theaters on January 31.

The chilling new teaser trailer for Gretel & Hansel is here, and we are officially creeped out.

The new footage was released on Wednesday (September 4).

Here’s the synopsis: “A long time ago in a distant fairytale countryside, a young girl (Sophia Lillis) leads her little brother (Sammy Leakey) into a dark wood in desperate search of food and work, only to stumble upon a nexus of terrifying evil.”

Directed by Osgood “Oz” Perkins, the horror flick also stars Charles Babalola, Alice Krige, and Jessica De Gouw.

Gretel & Hansel hits theaters nationwide on January 31, 2020.

Emma Roberts has never had a supernatural experience.

The 26-year-old actress, who is busy promoting her new film The Blackcoat’s Daughter, says she’s never seen a ghost in real life.

“I’ve never seen a ghost before – would love to,” Emma told WWD. “I’m so mad that I haven’t, to be quite honest.”

She added, “I see one scary movie every few months because I get so easily scared. I’m still recovering from The Conjuring. My friends are always laughing that I do so many scary things. They’re, like, ‘You are the biggest scaredy-cat in the world and you’re on American Horror Story, Scream Queens and you’ve done all these scary movies.’ It’s a little ironic.”

Emma Roberts and Kiernan Shipka hit the carpet at a special screening of their movie The Blackcoat’s Daughter on Wednesday (March 22) at the Landmark Sunshine Cinema in New York City.

The ladies were joined by their co-stars Lucy Boynton and Osgood Perkins.

Emma just announced that she has started a book club called Belletrist alongside friend Karah Preiss. The Instagram account for the new club is filled with tons of great photos about reading.
