Plenty of stars stepped out to celebrate the latest Saturday Night Live episode!

The host of the Saturday (December 16) episode, Kate McKinnon, and musical guest Billie Eilish were seen at the afterparty.

Other stars photographed outside the party include: Greta Gerwig, Jason Sudeikis, Reneé Rapp, Jon Hamm, Anna Osceola, Questlove, Sarah Sherman, Chloe Fineman, Claudia Sulewski, J.J. Abrams, and Hannah Waddingham.

Saturday’s edition of SNL also celebrated the year’s biggest movie, Barbie! Billie performed her original song “What Was I Made For” and was featured in a Barbie-inspired sketch. Greta, who directed the film, made a surprise appearance, and Kate‘s hosting gig comes after she appeared as Weird Barbie in the movie.

Kate was also commemorating her return to SNL following her departure from its recurring cast in 2022.

The stars are hitting the red carpet!

Renee Rapp, Trevor Noah, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus posed for photos while arriving at the WSJ Magazine 2023 Innovator Awards held at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

Other stars also in attendance included Martha Stewart, LaKeith Stanfield and wife Kasmere Trice, Theater Camp actress Molly Gordon, theater producer Jordan Roth, musician and producer Questloveuestlove, fashion editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, political staffer Huma Abedin, and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.

Rumored couple Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet also attended the event, but they walked the red carpet.

The stars are going all out for Heidi Klum‘s 2023 Halloween Party!

Rachel Zegler and boyfriend Josh Andrés Rivera dressed up as Daphne and Fred from Scooby-Doo for the supermodel’s 22nd annual Halloween party on Tuesday night (October 31) held at Marquee in New York City. They’re both set to appear in The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes, out November 17.

Other stars in attendance included H.E.R. as an astronaut, Ice-T and wife Coco Austin as gangster, Larsen Thompson in Carrie Bradshaw’s wedding dress from the Sex and the City movie, Taylor Lautner and wife Tay as Pete Davidson and Timothee Chalamet‘s characters from an SNL rap skit, The Bachelorette star Tayshia Adams as a bug, Shameless actress Emma Kenny as a painting, along with Keegan-Michael Key and wife Elisa, fashion designer Christian Siriano, Questlove, and Maye Musk.

Taylor Swift spent one of her days off from the Eras Tour at an Uno party this week and her appearance at the event has been explained.

The party was thrown by Oscar winner Questlove, who calls himself the “King of Uno.”

Despite people calling the event a “weed party,” Questlove has spoken out to deny the event revolved around weed.

The Aristocats is the latest Disney film getting the live action treatment – but with a twist!

According to Deadline, Questlove will be directing the adaptation, which will be a live action and animated hybrid.

While not a lot of details are available on which elements will be animated versus not-animated, the outlet does say that this will be Questlove‘s (real name Ahmir Thompson) feature film directorial debut.

He will also executive produce and oversee the music from a script by Will Gluck and Keith Bunin.

If you’re unfamiliar, The Aristocats, which came out in 1970, centers on a family of Parisian felines, set to inherit a fortune from their owner, who enlist the help of a tomcat to try to make it back home after a jealous butler kidnaps them and leaves them in the country.

This is just the latest in a long line of Disney animated movies being turned into live action films. The live action The Little Mermaid, starring Halle Bailey, will be out in May.

Barack and Michelle Obama stop by the 2022 Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival (MVAAFF) on Friday (August 5) in Edgartown, Massachusetts.

The former President and First Lady made a surprise appearance to support the opening night screening of the new Netflix documentary Descendant, which comes from the pair’s production company Higher Ground.

According to a summary from Variety, the film “follows members of Africatown, a small community in Alabama, as they share their personal stories and community history as descendants of the Clotilda, the last known ship carrying enslaved Africans to the United States. The ship arrived in America 40 years after African slave trading became a capital offense. It was promptly burned and its existence denied, but after a century shrouded in secrecy and speculation, descendants of the Clotilda’s survivors are reclaiming their story.”

Michelle and Barack were joined at the event by producers Kyle Martin, Essie Chambers, Dr. Kern Jackson and Questlove, as well as director Margaret Brown.
