Netflix has dropped the trailer for the upcoming movie Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver!

The first Rebel Moon movie, directed by Zack Snyder, was released on Netflix just a few days ago and it’s currently sitting at number one on the movie charts.

The sequel continues the epic saga of Kora and the surviving warriors as they prepare to sacrifice everything, fighting alongside the brave people of Veldt, to defend a once peaceful village, a newfound homeland for those who have lost their own in the fight against the Motherworld. On the eve of their battle the warriors must face the truths of their own pasts, each revealing why they fight. As the full force of the Realm bears down on the burgeoning rebellion, unbreakable bonds are forged, heroes emerge, and legends are made.

The cast of Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child Of Fire stepped out en masse to attend the movie’s Los Angeles premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre on Wednesday (December 13).

Stars Sofia Boutella, Charlie Hunnam, Ed Skrein and Jena Malone were joined at the event by director Zack Snyder and his producer wife Deborah.

The stars of the new Netflix movie Rebel Moon stepped out for the London premiere!

Charlie Hunnam, Sofia Boutella, and Ed Skrein joined director Zack Snyder on the red carpet at the premiere of Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire on Thursday (December 7) at BFI IMAX Waterloo in London, England.

Also in attendance were co-stars Djimon Hounsou, Michiel Huisman, Ray Fisher, Fra Fee, E. Duffy, Staz Nair, and Stuart Martin.

Rebel Moon is described as an “epic science-fantasy event decades in the making. When a peaceful colony on the edge of a galaxy finds itself threatened by the armies of a tyrannical ruling force, Kora (Boutella), a mysterious stranger living among the villagers, becomes their best hope for survival.”

“Tasked with finding trained fighters who will unite with her in making an impossible stand against the Mother World, Kora assembles a small band of warriors — outsiders, insurgents, peasants and orphans of war from different worlds who share a common need for redemption and revenge. As the shadow of an entire Realm bears down on the unlikeliest of moons, a battle over the fate of a galaxy is waged, and in the process, a new army of heroes is formed.”

The first teaser for Zack Snyder‘s Rebel Moon is finally here!

Rebel Moon is described as an “epic science-fantasy event decades in the making. In addition to Sofia, Djimon Hounsou, Ed Skrein, Michiel Huisman, Doona Bae, Ray Fisher, Charlie Hunnam, Anthony Hopkins, Staz Nair, Fra Fee, Cleopatra Coleman, Stuart Martin, Ingvar Eggert Sigurðsson, Alfonso Herrera, Cary Elwes, Rhian Rees, E. Duffy, Jena Malone, Sky Yang, Charlotte Maggi, and Corey Stoll will also star in the series.

Rebel Moon Part 1 will be out on December 22, 2023. Part 2 will release on April 19, 2024 on Netflix.

The cast of The Piano Lesson are hyping up their upcoming play!

Samuel L. Jackson, John David Washington, Danielle Brooks, Constanza Romero, Michael Potts, April Matthis, Trai Byers, and Ray Fisher joined director LaTanya Richardson Jackson (and Samuel‘s wife) for the a press conference and photo call held at The Skylark on Wednesday (September 7) in New York City.

The August Wilson play is set in the 1930s in Pittsburgh’s Hill District, where a brother and sister are locked in a war over the fate of a family heirloom: a piano carved with the faces of their ancestors. Only by revisiting history can the siblings endeavor to move forward.

“I feel like I’m in grad school,” John shared during the press conference. “This is an education for me. I feel like I’m becoming a different artist, an artist that I’ve been wanting to be.”

Previews for The Piano Lesson start on September 19 at the Barrymore Theatre, and will officially open on October 13.

Ray Fisher is speaking out against Rolling Stone.

The 34-year-old actor, who played Victor Stone / Cyborg in the DC Extended Universe, spoke out on social media regarding the outlet’s report about Zack Snyder‘s Justice League.

Senior Writer Tatiana Siegel published a story about the alleged fake social media accounts that fueled the “Release the Snyder Cut” movement, and the actor then called out the article on Twitter.
